Perfect getaway with the hot tub looking at the creek. My dog liked the different smells and sounds. Close to things you may need. Enjoyed it very much!

Excellent place! I do wish we knew how close the lodge was to the cabin though, we were expecting a little more privacy. The place was clean and stocked with absolute essentials. The window AC units kept us cool in the 100 degree heat index. Would definitely stay again, maybe in cooler months so we could actually enjoy the hot tub!

It was a nice cabin… loved the river.. there was rat droppings on silverware and we saw a mouse it had gotten in my pb crackers that was in my bag … we had a great time!!

We loved the location right by the river branch. We did a little fishing with the kids. We used the outside fire pit twice and it was convenient and entertaining for the kids and for us as well.The 2 youg girls loved the hot tub. It was very private and peaceful overlooking the river.The girls loved the upstairs bedroom overhead swing.We thougjt there would be a washer and dryer. However, we called in about it and we were sent an extra set of clean towels, and since we were only staying 2 nights, that made everything OK.We experienced a problem with the power to the TV, but after some trial and error, got it working again, so that was acceptable.The cabin was located very nicely to the attractions we wanted to visit just off the beaten track so that it was close yet private. We were very happy with the location.It was a very pleasant experience and the price was more than acceptable.

1st night couldn't get the hot tub but to go on high but the next day it was resolved. First morning I woke up to my bags of almonds on the counter eaten into by mice. Coffee maker heated up but not coffee came out. So we went down to the rental agency office. She sent the handyman down. We were given a mouse trap. He checked the coffee maker to discover the partt that punches a hole in the KCUP was missing. and hot tub jet button sticks.

Great stay

All in all it’s a nice cabin placed in a very convenient location in the gorge. Close to food and activities while still feeling at home enough to not be bothered by others.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was comfortable and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and the creek. We hiked 8 miles of Red River Gorge and loved it.

Had a great time. Hot tub was so relaxing after long day of hiking and exploring. Beds were super comfortable. Location was very central to all activities we wanted to do.

We got moved because of a water heater snafu, but really enjoyed the Shiloh cabin! Clean, well-maintained, and had all we needed! Communication with the host was really smooth and just enough. We’ll be booking with this host/company again.

Nature and comfort

My grown son and I enjoyed the location next to the river where we saw a beaver at work both mornings we were there. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee shop so close was great as well as ease to get to other restaurants and the trails. We will likely stay here again. Thank you!

It was a cute place that appears to be going through some renovations. I would’ve liked better AC. The light switches are oddly positioned.

Cozy cabin

Over all the stay was perfect! Hot tub was clean and great, no WiFi but we lived. Pool table is not in the ideal location ( to close to the window) but still had a blast 10 out of 10 would stay again.
