Relax in this inviting first-floor condo overlooking the sparkling pools at Lighthouse Point. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds-perfect for families or friends. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your cookware essentials, an open-concept living and dining area with cable TV, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Step out onto your private balcony for peaceful views of the pool area.

Located on Tybee Island's quiet North End, Lighthouse Point sits directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. This shoreline offers gentle waters rather than large waves-ideal for relaxing strolls, dolphin watching, spotting shrimp boats, and watching cargo ships glide into port.

This gated condo community includes private beach access, lighted tennis courts, community grilling areas, two large pools (45x25 and 50x20), and a kid-friendly pool (18x10). You'll also be close to Tybee's iconic Lighthouse, the Tybee Museum, and scenic Jaycee Park.

Had a great stay. The couch did have a few stains which is the main reason for 4star rating but other than that it was clean. Would stay here again.

Aside from the sulfur water, the condo was nice and had everything we needed. The big front porch overlooking the pool was also great. If you are coming to play in the water, this is not the beach for you. The water is brackish and brown due to it’s location along the Savannah River. And the beach is more of a natural area than a typical beach. Regardless, Tybee is a very cute and enjoyable beach town. We’ll come back again, but likely not to Lighthouse Point.

Love the location

This is probably my favorite location on the island. The condo was nice and met my family’s needs. We didn’t try the pool, but will next time. Easy beach access, though not good if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues. Easy walk through the neighborhood to north beach and the marine science center. Easy access off the island. Very nice overall.

Tybee

Great location and neighborhood. Very safe and clean. Checking process was easy but need little updates, gate bar is broken, and check in list need to show wi-fi password. Over all we enjoyed the stay at the property.

We had a great time on Tybee Island along with near by Savannah. The check in to the condo was easy along with the directions and access. Unfortunately the condo was not very clean. The floors were dirty along with not being very level. The electrical outlets and wall switches were also dirty. The kitchen faucet when rotated moved the entire fixture exposing holes in the sink. The dishwasher was not secure and almost fell forward several times. The furniture was not very comfortable and the TV stand in the living room was falling apart. I am not one to complain, but this was not what we had expected. There was also not much sound proofing between levels. We heard the neighbors above us walking across the floors and it sounded like they were coming through. We did enjoy our stay. Would I rent here again, probably not unless updates were made. This is an older condo complex and it looked like updates were being done so that is good. Other than this all of the restaurants on the island had amazing food and we loved the idea of walking around outside with an adult beverage.

We’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness and maintenance of the condo did not meet expectations. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. Your comments regarding the floors, outlets and switches, kitchen faucet, dishwasher stability, and the TV stand have been shared with our cleaning and maintenance teams so they can address these items promptly. We are also reviewing our inspection procedures to ensure the condo is properly prepared before each guest’s arrival. As you mentioned, the building is an older complex and some updates are currently underway, and guest feedback like yours helps us prioritize improvements. Great spot close to beach

Overall it was a great condo, one thing to note is there are alot of stairs at this condominum. Our smoke detector kept beeping and there was construction going on at our parking spot which was bit of an inconvenience. The master bathroom showers nozzle to turn on water may need some work soon. Overall great place with comfy atmosphere.

Good

The condo was in a nice location and big enough for my daughter and I and had the amenities we were wanting. Although, there was two bugs on my pillow some of the blinds were missing and I had to hang a blanket over window so no one could see in. The steam from showering made fire alarms go off. Other than that we were pleased.

Stay not bad

We enjoyed our stay and was comfortable. Covers on bed wasn’t changed out. Had stains on them and the sofa was mildly stained which a white sofa is a bad idea for a vacation rental . I had to wash sheets before using. The balcony had a bird nest above the patio door and a dead bird in the bucket of water that was left on the porch. Bird poop all over the porch and outside light. But for the most part the inside was welcoming.

Needs to update furniture

It was cute at first. But after getting settle and then getting a shower. We noticed hair and bugs in the tubs. The drawers in the main bedroom are absolutely TERRIBLE. The fall out when you open them. The furniture on the balcony were dollar general plastic chairirs and table. It reallyy would cost much to get a little bit better dresser drawers and balcony furniture. We had a little wind and the furniture was all over the place. Also no baking sheets for pizza, cinnamon rolls or to cook in the oven. Plus at one point out code wouldn't work and we couldn't get abokd of anyone. I would NOT stay here again!

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Our office is open 7 days a week from 9-5pm we would have been happy to make your stay more enjoyable. We will defiantly take care of the needs in the kitchen and the balcony furniture.

Sufficient Space - Very Clean

Nothing fancy but plenty sufficient. Deck furniture- would prefer at least 4 comfortable chairs. The bird nest was probably unavoidable but made the space a little less pleasant - maybe ceiling fans might deter them? The master bed mattress was comfortable but the twin mattress beds were hard. Kitchen had enough plates etc but Cooking would be a challenge. We have stayed in several units at LP. The decor was nicely beachy (noted the local photos) and cleanliness was great. Hooks for towels were appreciated. Would prefer room-darkening window covers and maybe a charging station for those of us who can’t seem to remember our phone chargers. Showers had lots of pressure and were plenty tall enough which was great.

Great Location for your family

Our stay was overall very good. There were a few very minor things that were not 5 star. The towel rack in the 2nd bedroom fell off because the nails were not in deep enough to hold the rack. Also, the blind in the master bedroom was broken when we arrived. No shampoo is provided either, only bars of soap. Be prepared to bring all sort of toiletries. Other than those little things, the place was very clean and the location was close to the beach. It is a 5 min walk at the very most. It is located in a gated community which is great if you are going with your family. It is very safe and the environment is very conducive to children. There are no crazy party’s or loud obnoxious groups anywhere in the community. Also the two pools are great and super close to the room. We will back next summer for sure.

Cute VRBO and Very Clean

We very much enjoyed our stay at this VRBO at Lighthouse Point. The condo was comfortable and clean. Clean being a very big deal to me!! Having two pools plus a kiddie pool at the resort is 5 stars because it did not seem crowded at all. It is 12 steps up to condo which for us was no problem. No condos ground level. All on piers. Beach is about a 6 minute walk. We rented bikes which we found a great way to explore the island. The only negative I have is that there were no cleaning supplies in condo. We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and there is usually left over trash bags, dish soap, counter cleaner, dishwasher detergents, etc. We flew in so it’s hard to bring all this. Needless to say, we bought many supplies and left them for the next guest. This would not stop me from staying here again as it is not required by owner, but it certainly is a nicety!
