The parking spot was very small, and we were unable to fit our truck. We were able to park in the extra spots by the pool which was close by. Otherwise, the rental was great! Clean and just as pictured and very communicative.

The unit is conveniently located to the pool and easy access to the beach. Elevator was very useful.The beds were very comfortable, the sleeper couch was not used, but not so comfortable to sit on,it looked as if it had gotten a lot use

Great stay.

We had a great time on Tybee Island. The property is right on the beach, so it was the perfect escape from the winter weather that we were looking for. Tybee Island had a laid-back personality, and the North Beach area (where this property is located) was very quiet.

Loved our stay!

32B was everything it was described as and more. It was so clean, furniture was comfortable, beach was so close. The kids loved the 3 pools! This was one of the top places we've stayed. Thank you!

The location of the property was as described. Close to the pools and the beach. A bit of a walk to the beach but only because you have to walk through the dunes first. The ocean view from the patio was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the cargo ships. We had some trouble getting the condo access code. It wasn’t included in the emails I received. I ended up having to call them shortly after the 4pm check in time to get the code. Overall they communicate very efficiently and quickly respond. I had read in previous reviews that the pull out couch wasn’t in the best of shape and that was accurate. They were older reviews so I hoped that maybe it had been replaced but it hadn’t been. The front of the couch was broken showing bare wood and couch stuffing and was uncomfortable to sit on. Needless to say none of my kids slept on it. Everything was pretty much as described. It was very nice having a washer and dryer in the condo and two bathrooms for a family of five. It was very helpful that there is an elevator and also luggage carts. The condo could use a thorough cleaning specifically the floors and walls. The floors seemed to be swept but could use a good mopping. The light colored walls and white trim were noticeably dirty. The countertops, tubs and sinks were clean. The condo was decorated very nicely. Despite having rain during our stay it was still a fantastic trip and we enjoyed our stay at Jack the Sparrow!

It makes us so happy to hear you loved the location, that ocean view, and watching the cargo ships roll by from the patio. And with a family of five, I bet that extra bathroom and the washer/dryer were lifesavers! I'm sorry about the hassle with the access code at check-in, that's frustrating when you're just trying to get settled in. I'll make sure that gets included clearly in the emails going forward. I've also forwarded the couch to maintenance to look into replacing it, and I'll have someone give the floors and walls a deeper clean before your next visit. Thanks so much for your patience with the rain, and I'm really glad it still turned out to be a fantastic trip. We'd love to have you back! Gg
