Beautiful Spot on the river

We loved this place! we hung out in the river and watched kayakers go by. We layed in the porch beds and watched a bird feed her babies in a nest close by! I liked that there were plenty of tables for eating and lots of cooking supplies and spices etc. We Really enjoyed our stay and want to do it again next summer!

Birthday weekend

Delightful property with everything you might need on top of a beautiful location on the river. It is well-appointed, clean, and just a fun place to be. It has an indoor and outdoor kitchen, pool table, air hockey, foosball, ping-pong, and a great entry to the river. There is a big TV and a huge couch. You can’t help but enjoy yourself!! I highly recommend and we will be back again.

Had to travel to the area for training. We stay at a lot of different rentals. I’ve actually never had to leave a less than stellar review before. Upon arrival, I found a gate with an entry code setup. I did not have this information. So we had to turn around and drive back out to get cell signal. I called the number listed on the rental information and talked to a woman that did not know about our stay, and did not have the code information. She said that I would have to get that from her sister as she is the one that handles all of that; sure no problem. So we decide to go ahead and go into town to get some groceries and just look around since we were waiting in the information to get the to rental, so it was not that big if a deal. We promptly received the information needed to get in. That’s where it was less than stellar. The place was not clean. Muddy foot prints on furniture. Spider webs hanging from main focal points such as the wonderful wild life mounts. Counters with crumbs and dust, floors gritty, nightstands filthy with previous guests items, used toothbrushes in the bathrooms, trash in trashcans still. The most note worthy was the beds. Terrible shape, top of comforter covered with dirt, each layer following also layered in foreign material, including dead and alive insects(spiders), urine/blood stains, we had to wash bedding after midnight after a 13hr drive. my wife and children had to clean the next day just to somewhat relax inside. Host was notified.
