The place was lovely, thoughtful elegant touches and the art! Omg we loved it, the master bath and bed was phenomenal. We both enjoyed the space! We cooked ate and enjoyed the roof top access as well! Great vibe

Perfect weekend getaway

Stephanie’s home did not disappoint one bit. It was exactly what we’re looking for and honestly exceeded expectations. The kitchen was def the highlight but I’m sure the rooftop in the summer is next level! Cant wait until our next trip!!

Close location to the major areas. Beautiful home with lots of modern technology. Please note that there are steps to enter the apartment and to get to the bedroom spaces. The washer and dryer option was great. We didn’t get a chance to use the rooftop so I’m not sure how well it worked. Great location for the girls’ trip birthday weekend.

Beautiful and well appointed home

Stephanie was an exceptional host, very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Her home is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The accommodation was easy to access via Union Station and then by taking the streetcar. Note that the area is transitional, so we felt most comfortable staying in at night and the front room could be a little noisy with cars playing loud music. Highly recommend a meal at Tapori on H.

Beautiful apartment in quiet residential neighborhood in D.C.

The loveliness of the apartment exceeded our expectations; the art and orchids gave it a classy touch. The roof patio was a perfect outdoor space - private, great view of the sky and expanse, and at a higher level than that of the surrounding structures. We did not find a restaurant in walking distance, but the near-by take out for two nights was good (Peruvian and Thai). The block was clean, the neighbors were friendly, and we took day/car trips to all of D.C.

Exceeded expectations

I’ve never stayed in a vacation rental before, so I was not sure what was in store for us. Stephanie’s communication was great, the property was clean and beautiful inside. There were even snacks and drinks left out for us. For us, the location was perfect. We were visiting my son for his graduation, and his apartment was a couple blocks away. I enjoy riding the city buses and metro, so it was very convenient-an easy bus ride to Chinatown and the free street car goes right to Union Station. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. Highly recommended!

Well appointed house with beautiful touches

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s property, it is very functional and beautifully decorated. No detail was spared in making it cozy and comfortable, and the rooftop deck is a huge bonus for enjoying some fresh air and city views. The neighborhood seems to be in the middle of a transition so we were hesitant to walk around and explore, but the house itself feels very secure with double door coded entries. Stephanie was very responsive and accommodating to our requests and I would gladly stay here again.
