Incroyable maison de ville avec parking, à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de monuments et musées

Nous offrons une maison de ville incroyable au meilleur emplacement à Washington, D. C. à proximité des monuments et à deux pâtés de maisons du nouveau développement The Wharf! Nous vous proposons une cuisine de style moderne, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain (2 chambres et 1 salle de bain situées à chaque étage). Au premier étage, vous trouverez la cuisine moderne et un coin salle à manger. Au deuxième étage, il y a une chambre avec un lit queen size, un placard et beaucoup de lumière. Une salle de bain séparée avec baignoire, WC et lavabo, une salle TV avec 2 autocars confortables, une télévision à écran plat et un bureau, ainsi qu'une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Au troisième étage, nous vous proposons deux autres chambres, une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec une taille double et un lit gigogne, plus une salle de bain supplémentaire.

Very clean home in a convenient area near the Wharf and a short-ish walk to Capitol Hill. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive. The only bummer was no access to the backyard area. I would have liked to get fresh air without sitting on the front steps. Would stay again!

Host was very welcoming, house was well appointed, warm despite the frigid weather! Great location, we were able to find a grocery store within a 10 minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby. Capital One center was a chilly 25 minute walk, The Anthem was a quick 8 minute walk. On site off street parking a plus given the snow banks blocked half the street! All in alll a great stay, would choose to stay here again!

Great apartment! Beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and an adorable kid's bedroom. Gonzalo was very responsive to questions and met us at the front door to make sure we could use the lock app. Really nice guy who cares about the space. It was pristine. Even better than the photos. We werent sure about the neighborhood, usually stay near Dupont Circle. It was an easy walk from the Metro and 2 blocks from the Wharf which was a lot of fun!

Great place in a really nice location

This is a really great place to stay and explore DC. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and still very close to lots of good restaurants and walking distance to the main sites to see. The house itself is very comfortable and well appointed, and the hosts are really nice, responsive and helpful.

Perfect location!

The hosts were so gracious and friendly! The home is exactly as pictured and comfortable. The location is perfect. There is a free shuttle that runs during the day and into the evening that takes you to the National Mall and other sites such as the Wharf. We had excellent dining options a short walk away.
