Incroyable maison de ville avec parking, à seulement quelques pùtés de maisons de monuments et musées

Nous offrons une maison de ville incroyable au meilleur emplacement à Washington, D. C. à proximité des monuments et à deux pùtés de maisons du nouveau développement The Wharf! Nous vous proposons une cuisine de style moderne, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain (2 chambres et 1 salle de bain situées à chaque étage). Au premier étage, vous trouverez la cuisine moderne et un coin salle à manger. Au deuxiÚme étage, il y a une chambre avec un lit queen size, un placard et beaucoup de lumiÚre. Une salle de bain séparée avec baignoire, WC et lavabo, une salle TV avec 2 autocars confortables, une télévision à écran plat et un bureau, ainsi qu'une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Au troisiÚme étage, nous vous proposons deux autres chambres, une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec une taille double et un lit gigogne, plus une salle de bain supplémentaire.

Outstanding. The host met me walking up to the door. Fantastic gent. Gave me a brief tour and made sure I knew where things were. Great place in a really nice location

This is a really great place to stay and explore DC. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and still very close to lots of good restaurants and walking distance to the main sites to see. The house itself is very comfortable and well appointed, and the hosts are really nice, responsive and helpful.

Perfect location!

The hosts were so gracious and friendly! The home is exactly as pictured and comfortable. The location is perfect. There is a free shuttle that runs during the day and into the evening that takes you to the National Mall and other sites such as the Wharf. We had excellent dining options a short walk away. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great property

This place was great for our group of 5 women. It’s an easy walk to the Wharf and the metro. It’s convenient to the National Mall. The house was very clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again and definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely place for a few days during the height of the heatwave in June 2025. The location was great and the customer service we received from Gonzalo and Luissa was beyond accommodating. They were wonderful and easy to communicate with. The property was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 6 and we had ample space for ourselves to spread out or to be together! The property was very clean and in a great location. It was a short walk to lots of nice Restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay to visit DC

The listing was accurate but the communication from the hosts is what made this place easy to find and access. The parking spot was very convenient and easy to access. The townhouse was attractive and comfortably outfitted and we loved that the bedrooms/baths were on different floors. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

Worked well for our family of 6. Great kitchen, very clean, large bedrooms and living area ( though sofas were a bit worn). Private parking was a huge plus. Excellent location for getting around Washington, D.C. and a short walk to great restaurants at The Wharf! We checked in on a very hot day, and air conditioner was not working. We contacted our host and he sent someone over immediately. After a quick reset of a fuse, we cooled off and stayed cool throughout our stay.

Ideal Stay

I don't think we could have found a more ideal stay. Easily navigated everything to do and see within a 30 minute walk even with a 3, 7, and 9 year old. Luisa & Gonzalo were SUPER RESPONSIVE and very helpful and, even better, made the checkout process as seamless as can be. We really enjoyed this stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Centralized Location

This property met all of our needs. The host was amazing, especially communicating with us and giving tips to make our stay even better. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable and in a safe location. We were just a quick walk to the Wharf and a little walk to the National Mall. You can easily get around by renting a bike or scooter. There is a grocery store and a CVS very close to this townhouse. I would highly recommend this property to families and couples visiting DC!

Great Place

Everything with the house was as listed. Location was perfect for what we were wanting with visiting the National Mall, and lots to do even more immediately to the property. Would definitely recommend this property for those visiting DC!
