Located in one of the best locations in BGC, the place is a street a way from the best BGC spots! The space is interior designed with only the best and most comfortable furniture and equipment. The unit feels insanely spacious and fits 6 comfortably. It's a corner unit so the view is great from every room. I'm a neat freak myself so you can be sure of the cleanliness of the unit!
Please let us know in advance if you'll be needing parking so we may arrange it :)
The space
The space is interior designed with only the best and most comfortable furniture and equipment. Everything you need to have an enjoyable time is here. The unit feels insanely spacious and fits 6 comfortably. It's a corner unit, so the view is excellent from every room. I'm a neat freak myself so that you can be sure of the cleanliness of the unit! UHD (58 Inches) TV, HD cable with Fast Internet, and complete kitchen equipment.

The Place was designed for 6 People, but in case you are more, we may provide extra folding beds to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Each folding bed costs 500 Php per night.
Guest access
Guests can access all amenities including the pool, gym and a cinema room in the Tower!

To maintain peace and security, our Building admin has a policy that no guests will be allowed up the unit except the ones that are registered.

What can I say. It’s BGC 😉 Location is excellent. Walking distance to SM mall, 15 min leisure walk to uptown. Lots to see. Check in was a little confusing but no big deal. Place was clean but there’s one thing I’d like the property owner improve is the mattress in the master bedroom. How I wish it was soft.

Amazing place especially the city view. Very spacious and good for a big family. Although Wifi so weak and the floor kinda slippery but it’s clean. Master bedroom washroom clogged coz lots of hair in the sink and shower. But overall still good and highly recommended. For sure will be back for our next or future trip in the Philippines. Thanks

Location is great, but the unit has several issues. There was a strong moldy smell upon entering. The bathroom had visible mold, and the floor grout is dark and appears dirty. The master bedroom bed is squeaky and likely needs replacement. Although the listing says the unit is "New," it clearly is not. The shower in the bathroom is also due for replacement. Most furnishings are outdated — the only item still in good condition is the dining table.

Family reunion

Hi everyone, I just wanna share my experience in renting this condominium. It was the perfect place for my family of 10 and we had so much fun in Boniface global city because this place is so much just nearby all the places we wanna see restaurants that we wanna go just a perfect place. The rooms are wide and clean. They have three bathrooms /three large bedrooms,, also functional kitchen. They have a large living room, big television, which we enjoy their Netflix 
and most of all the staff who provided us an extra floor mattress. are attentive and kind . I had a little bit of confusion on our check-in, but other than that, everything is OK and most specially the room has spectacular view so I truly recommend condominium unit for a large group .
