The space is a junior executive one bedroom with huge floor to ceiling windows. The living and dining area are thoughtfully furnished. You can work, play and stream online with high-speed internet of up to 200 Mbps. The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, a television with Apple TV and a huge wardrobe closet.

The kitchen has a 2 door refrigerator, 2 burner electric cooktop with range hood, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle and coffee capsule machine. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans are also provided.

The place is ideal for longer stays as there is an in-unit washing machine, iron and ironing board. Like most asian apartments, washer is spin-dry only. You can hang the clothes over night to dry. In case you need a dryer, there are laundromats/ laundry shops in the area. The nearest one is located at the Uptown Mall Link a few steps from the residential lobby.

The place is kept cool by 2 split-type ACUs (Samsung Windfree 2 HP which are capable and quiet).

The bathroom is equipped with a hot and cold shower and hair dryer. We will give you a starter kit upon your arrival: towels, bathroom tissue, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, coffee, creamer & sugar, bottled water, etc.
