The pet-friendly* Lower Georgia Peach is modern studio apartment, perfect for a mountain getaway for two! This is the ground level unit, offering a Queen-size bed, one full bath, a well-appointed mini kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, & toaster oven, and more, including high-speed internet and a large screen Roku TV with Spectrum's new streaming app offering 250 live channels.

Enjoy the outdoors on the patios which include an electric grill, dining table & umbrella. Your furry family members will love to play in the fully fenced, private pet yard with new pet safe anti-microbial synthetic turf.

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and experience Weaverville, our own upscale “Mayberry,” only 10 minutes to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway! Walking distance to Main St. with many restaurants, breweries, local art, a nature park & Judy’s Well-Bred Bakery & Café.

If you’re traveling with friends and need additional space, consider our Georgia Peach studio which is on the upper level of this unit.

* Pet Policy - Pet fee is $25 per pet, per night

PLEASE - No Pets on beds! - While we do NOT allow pets on beds, If your pet sleeps with you, you may bring your own bedding including sheets, pillowcases, and any blankets or comforters. Please let us know if this is the case and that you'll will be bringing your own. We will leave your beds without linens at your request, and leave ours in the closet.

Please note: Dog hair on bedding will incur an automatic additional $50 charge per bed.

Dog beds are not provided, please bring your dogs favorite, comfy bed from home.

Please do not use our bath towels for your pet. Paper towels and dog towels are provided for that purpose.

Clean up after your pet: Please be courteous and responsible to other guests and clean up any/all pet refuse in or out of dog pens. We have several “doggy waste bag” dispensers on the property for your convenience and a poop scooper in pet yards.

Pets are expected to be current on their shots and have flea protection treatment.

Pets must be leashed at all times when outside.
If your pet sheds excessively or there is extra cleaning required due to pet hair, stains or odors there will be an extra cleaning charge.

Please be considerate of your fellow neighbors who may be disturbed from your dog’s barking.

Dogs are not to be left unattended. We can provide a soft sided crate if necessary and a list of doggie day cares.

Registered Service and ESA Animals: Guests with certified service or ESA animals are allowed; we ask that you provide email documentation of your certification.
