Everything about this guesthouse is fantastic! It is extremely well supplied - we wanted for nothing! The location couldn’t be better, affording us an easy walk to any place in downtown, and a quick jump on the highway to get to Asheville. And Geri and Stuart are the best hosts anywhere, super responsive and always willing to help. I can’t recommend this location enough.

Perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Asheville area. Weaverville downtown has amazing shops and great restaurants. We plan on staying here again.

This was by far the best VRBO home we've ever stayed in, from the location to the cleanliness and amenities of the home. And the host was so responsive and helpful from the time we rented through check-out. We have already recommended this rental to our family members, and we'll be back ourselves!

Beautiful, well equipped house in a great location. Everything was spotlessly clean and communication with the owner was easy. Check in/out process very easy too. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting Weaverville or the surrounding area.

Everything about this pet friendly cottage is perfect. You can enjoy Weaverville on foot. The owners provided info about local hot spots. Asheville is still quite close so you can enjoy that too. Or stay in and enjoy the fabulous back deck! The cottage is clean and new. The owners have thought of everything and they are responsive and friendly. This is the nicest place. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 8 nights. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive throughout the whole process, from booking until checkout. Many good restaurants and bars within blocks of the house, and a detailed listing of restaurant/ activities is in a binder at the house. Easy and quick drive to Asheville and the airport.

Had an amazing stay. House is very nice and clean. Has everything needed and host were amazing. The town is extremely dog friendly and Bronco had a blast. I would stay again in a heartbeat if we are back in the area!

Weaverville

The property was amazing. Very easy to check in and have access. It was beautifully maintained and it had easy instructions regarding TV /WiFi.The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items to make my stay comfortable. The entire cottage was perfect and a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Highly recommended. The host was very nice:)

Great Holiday weekend away

We had a great stay at this cute cozy home. The house is in a great location within walking distance to Main Street which was awesome for morning walks with the dogs to grab coffee or going out to dinner and enjoying a nice stroll back home. We stayed for a long weekend over the 4th of July and it was so cool to see the community’s celebrations for the Holiday. Also being about 20 min drive to downtown Asheville or to multiple hiking areas was perfect. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect place to stay in Weaverville!

This was my first VRBO rental and it was beyond perfect! I grew up in Weaverville and it was wonderful to be able to stay in town and walk to all of the places and people I wanted to visit. The guesthouse was so clean and had everything we needed. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We will stay here the next time we come to town!

Geri and Stuart Ray are hosts. Caesar and Ruby are occasional greeters. This guest cottage is on the same grounds as our home. Geri is a mortgage lender and Stuart is a general contractor. Geri's office is a couple of blocks away and works from home some, so there is usually a person nearby if anything is needed.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This cottage is a couple of blocks from Main St. Many restaurants nearby to walk to. There are several breweries, bakery and unique shops as well as live music on certain nights. Main Street Park is an easy walk. Lake Lousie is a longer walk or you can drive and park there. 12 minutes to downtown Asheville and easy access to the parkway. Back covered porch. The master bedroom has a plush Stearns and Foster mattress with bamboo sheets. Large walk-in shower. Master has a desk and chair that can also be used as a dressing table. There is a heating/air unit on each level.

Dog friendly. Town codes requires dogs be on leashes at all times and pickup waste. There are doggie waste baskets on the sidewalks. Most restaurants have outdoor seating and allow dogs. There is Wag Bar an easy drive that is a dog park and serves food and alcohol. If going check out their site as it requires a membership with proper dog paperwork.
