The kitchen offers silverware, tableware, drinkware, and appliances such as a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, mini fridge, and portable electric stove.

Street parking is easy and available. Driveway parking is subject to availability.

Other things to note:

There is a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy.

No outdoor music is allowed after 8 pm. Loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke are not allowed at all times. Quiet hours are enforced between 9pm - 7am.

Driveway parking for 1 vehicle may be available but is not guaranteed. If driveway parking is not available, if you have more than one vehicle, or if street parking is preferred, we recommend street parking along the cross-street. Please note street cleaning in the neighborhood occurs on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays and/or 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. We are not responsible for parking-related fines or damages.

The thermostat is centrally located in the main house. The unit will be maintained at 74° Fahrenheit but guests can request for it to be adjusted or use the portable heater/fan available.

This listing and property location is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $40 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture. If any property, including linens or furniture, is damaged as a result, you may be charged for repairs or replacements of damaged items.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional fee and is subject to our approval and availability.

Long-term stays are allowed. For stays longer for 14 days or more, guests will be supplied initial consumable items (including coffee/tea, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc). Long-term guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items, cleaning the rental unit, and discarding trash/recycling regularly.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
