This property is brand new to the market and hosted by seasoned property managers to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
With "no stress check-out", you can explore the area without a long list of chores on your way out.
The barn loft has plenty of parking and a huge private yard, perfect in all seasons. A sea of flowers in the Spring and Summer, an explosion of colorful trees in the Fall, and beautiful white winters that blanket the quiet landscape when it snows. Just minutes from Littleton Main Street with food and shopping along the Ammonoosuc River.
The second story loft hosts two queen beds, seasonal AC, and a full Kitchen. The main floor mud room, with full size laundry, is a perfect for securing Skis, Mountain bikes or even a pet crate while you explore town. (two car garage is not included in this rental).

Our stay was wonderful! Shemariah was very communicative and responded quickly. She gave us local recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Littleton. We loved that we were close to town but also had that “in the mountains seclusion” feeling with our stay. We will definitely be planning to come back in the future!

Perfect location!

The location is perfect, you feel like you are in the middle of the woods and far away from conveniences but you’re actually 5 minutes from town. Shemariah is doing it right
very clean and very comfortable in a “homey” sort of way. I will recommend her place every time. We will definitely stay there again.

Great country setting, 3 minutes from Littleton

Comfortable little home away from home! Saw three deer in the yard when we pulled in. Cute, quaint exterior setting, comfortable interior with thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay

Stayed here for a long weekend - we were looking for a quiet, simple getaway and that’s what we found! Property was exactly as described; recently renovated, very clean, and great location just a few minutes’ drive from the downtown area for shops, restaurants, etc. Had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and host was very responsive to inquiries via chat. Thank you!

Cute and comfortable apartment, easy access to downtown Littleton

A freshly renovated second floor apartment that had all the amenities I needed for my stay. Private and quiet location less than a ten minute drive into town. The owners have been intentional with creating a welcoming space and it shows! Thanks for having me!

Amazing Stay

Thank you to Shemariah & David, the stay was warm and welcoming. They stayed in contact the whole time. They were very thoughtful. The place was clean and cozy. My family loved staying there. It is close to Santa's Village and Storyland. If you don't have children it is still amazing, the hike's are awesome. There are some great breweries to try. Overall I loved staying there and would stay there again next time.

A Great Stay in Littleton

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Tucked away near downtown Littleton, this barn loft is set on a beautiful lot with a huge yard, which was perfect for our dogs to explore. The location provided easy access to downtown and I-93 for travel. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for cooking. The TV supported AirPlay, which was great and allowed us to stream TV shows or movies in the evening. The space was clean and well organized. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Cozy, comfortable hideaway in Littleton

We LOVED this hideaway in Littleton! The property was clean, with an aesthetic and feel that was simultaneously minimalist/modern and cozy/mountainside comfort. We loved having the ability to cook, found the amenities perfect for our needs (washer/dryer, plenty of towels, cookware, etc), and were happy our pups had space to romp about. 5 minutes to the village center of Littleton, 8-10 minutes to Shaws, Walmart, etc.
