Villa Regatta, also known as WV MUE, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of the beach and shopping. While traditional in style and aesthetics, this beautifully renovated villa has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The villa is designed to benefit from the sweeping ocean views and sunshine, as well as providing shelter from the trade winds. Behind the pool is a covered dining and grill area. Inside the house is a spacious living room with comfortable seating that opens up to a modern kitchen. A large TV with U.S. and French satellite sits discreetly in a corner. A few small steps lead up to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large, 4-poster bed that looks out over the ocean. A massive door provides soundproofing for the bedroom from the living area, adding extra privacy. A second bedroom, accessible from the pool area, is slightly smaller with its own bathroom and TV with satellite reception. During the December holiday, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older, and welcomes pets.
