Tiny but efficient and super design! The patio had glorious views of St. Jean Bay and we were lucky to stay during the Full Blood Red Moon Eclipse!Max was an awesome contact- picked us up from the ferry and helped get us settled in. Thoughtful touches like beach towels, beach chairs, cooking supplies, and bath products made the stay even better. Be prepared from some steep hill walking up and down to the beach and town. We enjoyed how close we were to several great restaurants and bars like Sayolita, Le Pimente, La Casina, GypSea and more! We'll probably rebook with Max again.

Great place

We were here for a week in April. Max was a great host. He was always available to answer questions. The place is in a great location, a three minute walk from all the beach clubs in Saint Jean. I would highly recommend.

We had an incredible five-night stay in St. Barts celebrating a birthday, and this condo exceeded every expectation. The location, spotless cleanliness, and absolutely breathtaking views made it unforgettable. Being within walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants, and shops was ideal for both relaxing days and evenings close to home.Max was an exceptional host—meeting us at the ferry and sharing fantastic recommendations for dining, relaxation, and adventure. Having his local insight made the trip feel effortless and truly special. His hospitality and thoughtfulness were unmatched and elevated our entire experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already planning our return to this beautiful island. Highly recommend!

Loved this villa. Great location in St. Jean. Easy walk to numerous bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Loved waking up and watching the wind surfers in the bay. Has a view of the airport so you can watch planes come and go. Sunsets were immaculate. Quick drive (or a modest walk if you're ambitious) to the grocery store near the airport. Easy access to the beaches on the east side of the island. Gouverneur Beach was a favorite. Kitchen was well equipped with all of the basics to make food from home. For the fitness minded, Zion Gym is a quick walk down the hill. Max, the host, was incredibly responsive. He's based on the island, and is a pro when it comes to property management. He even had someome meet us at the airport to show us to the villa and explain how everything works. 100% would rent again and I will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Max’s property in St. Jean, St. Barths. Max was extremely accommodating and responsive, making everything about our stay seamless and welcoming. The villa itself is perfection, ideally located within walking distance to St. Jean Beach (with views of airplanes our son loved) yet private and peaceful. The view is breathtaking, the pool is pristine, and the interior design is so stunning it could easily be featured in Architectural Digest. Every detail was thoughtful and elevated. Could not recommend this property more, already dreaming of coming back!

Max was extremely flexible and helpful the first day when our ferry was cancelled twice and we needed him to meet us at the ferry. We kept changing the time on him last minute and he was accommodating and super nice. He showed us the place and offered help at any point. We didn’t end up needing any more help as the place was really great.

St Jean Vista

Our second trip to St Barths, enjoyed our stay very much. Nice unit, comfortable, well furnished, redone recently. Great view from covered porch overlooking St Jean village, Eden Rock and the ocean. Walk to the beach ,stores and restaurants in 5 min. Central location on the island for easy access to Gustavia and all the beaches. Owner very responsive for any questions and met us at the ferry dock to lead us to unit and pass keyes. Pool area needs some furniture and maintenance but clean. Unit on hillside with parking below so not ideal for those with physical limitations. All in all A+ for this owner and unit and I would recommend highly.
