Came down to the valley on Business so was not able to bring the family . Next time I bring the family down . We will be staying here. Great place great price.

Pleasant stay

My husband and I enjoyed this property for the holiday. It was very conveniently located close to where we were visiting family and easily accessible to main roads, cutest little property, comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and would consider renting again in the future.

Comfortable stay

This stay was extremely welcoming and very quiet. Jerry was very responsive to all my needs and questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great property!

We moved our son into UTRGV to play football for this upcoming season and needed a place close to the school. This was conveniently located to the school and close to stores and restaurants. Jerry was very easy to communicate with and the attention to detail inside the unit was just perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for future stays! Thank you Jerry!

Such a comfortable place

We really enjoyed our stay. For any questions or concerns we had, Jerry was very helpful with getting us the help we needed with fast responses to better improve the care for all of us throughout the days we stayed. Everything on the listing was just as said as in person which we very much appreciated and hope to stay again for our next visit.

Potential

Jerry was very responsive and accommodating. Easy communication and instructions were clear. The inside of apartment was cute. Decent location and good price for what it had to offer. Quiet for the most part with the occasional road noise as we were at the end of complex, next to busy road. Sofa and AC intake needed to be cleaned. Overall, the place could have used just a little deeper cleaning. The outside of complex left much to be desired though. Weeds growing around all the front doors, grass patch in back patio could have been mowed and the driveway through parking area was horrendous. HUGE pot holes throughout. More outside photos would have been helpful to know what we were pulling up to

This is a hidden gem! A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with all the amenities. Very close to several grocery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants.Very quiet neighborhood and there's even a beautiful patio with a grill!Highly recommended! A
