Lots of stairs. For children and elderly renters. Top main master suite is technically “5th” floor. That was difficult for my grandmother. Other than that. House is stunning. Beds are so comfortable. Rental company was great to work with. Wish we were able to ski and use the ski in ski out access but stroke didn’t allow that to happen. We enjoyed our views and the easy access to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with our 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is well stocked. There are a lot of steps, and at high altitude even the fittest of us (we are from the east coast) were puffing when we got to the top, which is the main living space. So if anyone in your group has trouble with lots of stairs, this might not be the best choice. Otherwise a very good stay!

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at First Tracks. The unit was absolutely beautiful, and all the appliances are top end. It was fully stocked with everything you'd expect... and more. We couldn't find part of the blender and they had a brand new blender delivered to our unit within a few hours. The hot tub was great, and we had cozy robes in our bedrooms. I'm not sure which was better, the place or their service; but they were both great. We would happily rent from them again!!

Guys Trip 2025

We were very fortunate to find this property. We had eight guys and we all fit in nicely, private hot tub, one minute walk to the slope and the interior and exterior of the property was fantastic. Very well kept, very nice appliances & fully stocked kitchen. very well managed, great to work with the management team. Forgot the magnificent views from the living areas!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of multiple families (5 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful experience. As the picture shows, the unit was right off Sundance slope and made it incredibly easy for everyone to ski down in the morning so the kids could join their group lessons while the adults had their own fun. With the Village Market and gondola walking distance (or a short ride) away, we had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go...this was a prime location. The unit itself was very clean and spread out allowing for privacy when you wanted it. The kitchen was comfortable for all 8 of us to eat and prepare meals and the hot tub was a very comfortable and useful. The management company quickly responded to a couple questions we had to help enhance our experience. If I had to say one thing less positive about the property is that there were a lot of stairs, but that was not a problem for us and adults and kids had no trouble moving throughout the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing!!!!!! It is truly ski-in ski-out. Being the end unit makes it easy! Parking is a breeze. Very easy access to the gondola at the market village. You can walk or take Dial a Ride, a free service similar to Uber. Peter, the host, was great! He answered any questions we had. We originally had the room set up as 2 twins but he got it switched over to a king immediately. The hot tub is new & great!!!! We enjoyed spending time in it every day after skiing. There are hot tub towels as well as robes in each room. The linens were very nice. Most beds had a heated mattress pad, something I loved!There are plenty of dishes for 9 people. The kitchen was fully stocked (including a crock pot & Tupperware). The wine fridge was great, as well as the tea & coffee area. There is a boot heater in the garage. Check in & check out were very easy. Peter met us at the house to show us a few important details. We will definitely be coming back and staying at First Tracks on Sundance. Could not have had a better experience.
