Staying here was lovely; Steve and Marsha were helpful, responsive, and very accommodating. The house was very clean, comfortable and just a short walk away from a grocery store, park, beach, and resort. I’d absolutely recommend it to any friends or family

Comfortable and quiet stay

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood - 5 minutes to Long Bay beach (about 7 min to a very nice beach at Daniel's Head) and 5 min to a grocery store and bus stop (with 2 different routes - a bus every 15 min!). The house is very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Marsha and Steven are very friendly and easy to get hold of. Only a 15 min walk to Baxter's pie for a great Bermuda mussel pie.

Nice area

Nice quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to the beach and a supermarket, 10 minutes walk to the nearest resort with restaurants, spa and car rentals.

A well appointed cottage with close access to Long Bay Beach. All of the amenities were available. Furniture was very comfortable and clean. We certainly would go back there again.

Very comfortable stay in Somerset Village

My family of 4 had a very comfortable stay in this spacious house. The check in process was very simple and the house was very clean and well equipped. It was very easy to walk to the grocery store, the bus stop and the beaches are nearby.

Wonderful time!

Amazing Stay!

We cannot say enough good things about this property. House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Super close to Somerset Long Bay beach which was beautiful and enjoyed by the whole family. Bus stop and market was close by for any groceries. Marsha made sure we had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The perfect home away from home in Bermuda

A spacious, little house with everything we needed to make it a home during our 7 day stay. Marsha was a wonderful host giving us all the info we needed about the town and how to get around. A very short walk to the supermarket and we were cooking meals like back home. Right by the market was the bus stop, less than 10mins from the Dockyard by bus and about 20-25mins from the beautiful south beaches including Horseshoe shoe bay. But the real gem is the Long Bay beach literally about 2mins walk from the house. Grab the beach umbrella, the fold up chair and the little Cooler and you’re set for the whole day. The beach is so calm and shallow, my 4 year old absolutely loved it and it was a great way to relax on the quieter, less planned out days. There’s even a little playground and the kids loved feeding the goats standing by the fence, on our walks back to the house. We were 5 of us and there were more than enough towels to last us the whole week and separate beach towels too. I loved the little art pieces on the walls of each room and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would absolutely come back and cannot recommend this place high enough. Our family loved it!! Thanks so much again for having us Steven and Marsha.

Perfect cottage stay 😎

The cottage was much bigger than the photos show so there was lots of room. The location was great. Very because it’s away from the tourist area (there were even goats, sheep and ducks close by), but close to the beach and very close to the bus stop so you can easily go anywhere on the island. Marsha lives next door so is easy access if you have any concerns but completely respects your privacy. I would definitely recommend this cottage!

Sommerset Rental

My brother and I enjoyed our stay. The unit is a short walk from the market and a nice beach. This is a quiet corner of Bermuda with a neighborhood vibe. We were there to bonefish and the dock was a convenient short walk.

Beautiful summer getaway stay

The guest house was beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and welcoming feeling. it was stocked with all the necessary linens and towels needed. The beach and grocery store were both in walking distance. In addition, the host was accommodating and very welcoming upon arrival. Definitely would recommend this cute and comfortable place for anyone

Bermuda Heaven

Property was in an excellent location twenty seconds from a beach (that we had to ourselves for most of the holiday!). It was very clean, well stocked and with a nice selection in the welcome pack. Host was just next door and incredibly helpful and kind. Whilst the property is hidden away and suburban it is perfectly placed to get to the beach, supermarket, bus stops and great walks up to the northern end of the island. It was fantastic and we will be back!

Better than expected!

I really enjoyed my time in this guest house. It's the perfect place for a quite, simple, holiday stay. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable and very close to the beach and grocery store. The proximity to beach and groceries was an added bonus for me!
