I had a lovely stay. Very well cleaned property in the heart of Brickell. Bay is literally a block away. Sandra was very communicative throughout my stay. I had an amazing time. Will definitely love to be back again.

The hotel/host was very welcoming. On site restaurant had a great staff and good food. One of the best breakfast buffets we've had on our travels. Though the parking was through valet only, the valet stuff were super friendly and courteous. It was very quite and easy to drop off and pick up vehicle. Definitely will keep host in mind on future trips to Denver.

Would have given it 5 stars if the hotel name or an actual address was provided after booking. It was not the easiest to locate. The hotel was great. The staff was supper accommodating and the meals were top notch.

The room and hotel were awesome. Great location and wonderful amenities. But we received a paper in our room stating the pool was under maintenance and wasn’t open for the season until June 18. That was the main reason we were staying here. We were very disappointed and spent almost 2 hours on the phone with the VRBO Support. It was very difficult to communicate with them. Minimal English and very long wait times. Then they said we would have to pay for a different VRBO and then submit the receipt for reimbursement. But I did not have confidence that I would get my money back and I didn’t want to spend additional hours finding another VRBO as we already spent hours finding this place. Very disappointed with customer service and the misleading information about the pool being open. But other than that, it was a great stay.

Lovely hotel. One of our favorites in all of our travels.

Great staff. Excellent bar and lobby. There was an awesome acoustic guitar player in the bar as well. Room was a little small for three of us but the place was otherwise exceptional. The rooftop pool was also a huge plus!

Staff were very welcoming and check in and out was simple. Room was clean and tidy. Only negative was the sink water never got warm, and the shower water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, there was no in between. Reported this and maintenance came to check it out and told us it was fixed and to allow the water to run longer than adjust. The water was still too hot to enjoy shower.

Amazing!!!!!!

This hotel is beautiful and located right in the middle of everything!!!! Every single person we encountered was so kind and helpful!!! The valet parking was so convenient!!!! They really paid attention to all the little details with this property!!! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Denver!!!!

Nice place in a good location.

Overall, the price was good. The location is great and most of the people working there were nice. Just one crabby male working the counter during check-in. Overall, good.

Starting with there was no name of the hotel so finding it was a hassle. The workers were friendly, good service. Overall the place was pet friendly inside but you had to walk a good 10 minutes just to get to a grassy area to potty your pet. King suite was TINY barely had room to walk around, other then that room was clean, along with bathroom.

This is a Sonesta Hotel. The room was a bit small. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Our rate included a buffet breakfast, which had good options and was enjoyable.

Came to Denver from Fort Collins, for a show at Ophelia's. This was a perfect place for our needs. Great location, easy check-in, plenty of parking options, it was clean and the staff were very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again when we want to stay in Denver!

The hotel is also is a really nice location, and the bar/ restaurant area was good. I was unaware how small the room would be. The hallways were also short, even the elevator felt cramped. That aside, each and every member of the staff offered above excellent service. Also, the pool was not open which I was really looking forward to.
