About this space
Get away from it all in this 1,700 sq. ft. home with spacious tree-lined yard in a remote, forested area of North Mississippi. Enjoy crappie fishing/boating at nearby Grenada Lake (less than 8 mi.). Ranch house includes 3 BR with 6 beds, 2 full BA. Cement patio with picnic table, charcoal grill, fire pit, outdoor bench and chairs at rear of residence. Hugh White State Park, Dogwoods Golf Course, Univ. of Miss. Medical Center are a short drive. Paved road access, free parking, cable TV, wifi.
The space
This home has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Twin Bed
Bedroom 2: King Bed
Bedroom 3: 3 Twin Beds

There are 2 full bathrooms-both with bathtub & shower (hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, hand soap provided). Washing machine (purchased 2023), dryer, and central heating/air conditioning (new unit installed 2023) are also included.

On a rainy day, enjoy a good book in the living room with its sectional sofa and wood-burning fireplace. On a sunny day, relax outdoors on the cement patio at the rear of the house, which features a picnic table, outdoor seating, grill, and fire pit. The patio extends to a big grassy, open yard, dotted with mature trees, in a rural environment.

The kitchen is equipped with a 2017 electric oven, microwave, 2023 dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle, dishes, and cookware. The Walmart Super Center is just five miles away. Couples can enjoy dinner and drinks at Carmella's Ristorante or another of Grenada's popular restaurants. For a more laid-back meal, pick up takeout at nearby Sunflower Cafe, Salad Etc., High on the Hog, or Spencer’s.

This home is ideal for visitors to Grenada Lake or Hugh White State Park, golfers, couples, family reunions. (Urban dwellers take note: this is a very rural area with almost no nighttime street lights.) Please reach out via email or text with questions or concerns. Parking space is provided in the large driveway (also suitable for boat owners) or under the covered carport.

Everything inside was nice and it's so peaceful and quiet.But the outside could be pressure washed or something bird poot everywhere on steps by the door and on the sidewalk.And the wifi was out horrible but we made it work Thanks again and we will return.

Just right!

Everything you need! A great place to stay for whatever you may doing in the area. Very nice host and communication was easy. There is tons of parking which was a concern for me and my coworkers! We enjoyed our stay and relaxing evenings!

Perfect property for a small group

Good space inside and outside for our small group gathering. Plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the outdoors area. Conveniently located near Grenada Lake. Everyone in our group enjoyed our entire stay. The property is exactly as described. The check-in was super simple. The property offers lots of parking. We had 4 trucks and a boat. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for the southern hospitality!!!

Fishing Grenada

The property was in a rural but easily accessible location. Plenty of parking for two trucks and two boats. The fish cleaning table provided in the back yard is an extra bonus. The house was clean, well stocked with cookware and towels and we found it to be as advertised. Communication with the owner and care taker was a breeze. If I return to this area I would love to stay there again. Thanks for everything!

Cute and cozy house

Ours was a quick one night stay but we were all quite cozy in this little house. It was squeaky clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and plentiful. The only downside was that the Internet was very slow, but that is to be expected for the location. But in return, it was so quiet and peaceful out there. I would stay here again for sure.
