Fulton Breeze! Waterfront, Pool, Private Hottub, Walk to Restaurants and Pier

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers an additional den and 1715 Square feet. When you walk into the front door you enter the den that has a sleeper sofa and is a great place for the kids to hangout. Two bedrooms and a full bath are towards the waterside of the home. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful view of Aransas Bay. There is a large patio out the back door where you will also find the private hot tub overlooking the water. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. The master bedroom and bath are also on this level with an additional half bath. The master has a King size bed and the bath room is amazing. Soak in the oversized tub and watch your favorite show. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Walk to restaurants or 10 minute drive to HEB & Rockport restaurants & shops. Beds a bit too soft but we would definitely return.

Great place! Would definitely stay again!

4 overall stars for a few small issues and preference. kitchen FULLY stocked! Love the little toiletry and kitchen essential kits. FYIs:King bed downstairs -is hard and not comfortable (to me). Maybe because it’s only a mattress on wood platform, no box spring. But bed upstairs is the same and the guests loved it -so just a preference. Also the AC unit is outside window of this room-loud when it comes on. We had our pets which had no issues with the stairs. But we did notice stickers in the yard so beware. Suggestions:Someone should come in before guests arrive and turn the AC down. Thermostat is set on 78 when you arrive. It did cool down fairly quick once we turned the thermostat down and turned on fans. And we were here in April before it was crazy hot. Bathrooms need towels bars -only 1 hook in downstairs. Nowhere to hang towels. Also prefer small towel rod next to sink for hand towel. Downstairs bedroom(smaller) needs ?Floating shelf on wall?, only has 1 nightstand.Contacted host via message re: few minor issues: Ice maker doesn’t workWater does NOT get hot in sink-even when running for a long time.Tv in master bath works but is not set up.Draw in downstairs bath ?off hinge?-hangs weird. Host responded said she would let owner know this info.

Enjoyable & relaxing

We loved the area & the home. The ice maker didn’t work & there are what we call little black sugar ants. We never found the remote for the tv in the master bathroom. My granddaughter was a little disappointed about that. But overall would recommend & stay again!

Amazing Beach House on the Texas Coast

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Fulton, TX! The place was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—just a short walk to the water and a close drive to local restaurants and shops. We loved the peaceful vibe and spent a lot of time enjoying the porch and sea breeze. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing location! Best views!!

This house was one of the best ones that we have stayed in and we take several trips a year to the texas coast. Love the location and the views are unbeatable! Hot tub was an amazing bonus!! Very clean and well equipped.

Great Location and lovely place but some maintenance issues

We enjoyed the place Nd the location to everything. The place had some repair issues that needed addressed, especially the top step on the way to the middle landing which was not completely nailed down. Drawers in the downstairs bathroom were off track and not functioning and my daughter was hit on the head by a falling window rod cover that was taped in place. Oytherwise several of the pots and pans were rusty beyond useable and the dishes were not all cleaned very well.

The Wi-Fi kept crashing, it made it difficult to watch a movie, and we were attacked by fire ants. The first night luggage next to the window was infested, thank goodness for the dryer. Second night our bag hung in a hook got infested, had to throw it away, other than that, it was a beautiful house. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi.
