• Salty Pelican - 3 miles (seafood is SUPER fresh, ask to eat upstairs for faster seating)

Lenny (the lime green golf cart) disclaimer:
• All guests intending to drive Lenny must sign a waiver prior to use
• Drivers must be 25+ years old per insurance requirements
• Valid driver’s license and insurance verification is required for all drivers
• Golf cart use is subject to a refundable security deposit
• Lenny may not be driven on the beach under any circumstances
• Guests assume full responsibility and liability for operation of the golf cart during their stay, including any damage, injuries, fines, or claims resulting from use
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the golf cart, up to and including full replacement cost if necessary
• The Pink Pheasant and property owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damages related to golf cart use

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is a strict rule with zero exceptions.

Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. To help protect our home and neighbors, we use a backyard decibel monitor that alerts us to sustained elevated noise levels.

Violations will result in immediate action, including a $1,000 fine, termination of your reservation without refund, removal from the property, and permanent ban from future bookings.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask that all guests respectfully observe quiet hours and be mindful of our neighbors at all times.
