The Houston House: Convenient, Clean, and Newly Remodeled Home
Keep it simple at this modern, centrally-located home. It is ideal for traveling medical personnel and other professionals staying together, while working in Russellville and the surrounding areas. A huge fenced in back yard and 2 living areas makes it perfect for families with older children and pets as well. (The home is not toddler/small child proof)
The space:
This is home located on a big corner lot. It has a large fenced in back yard for letting pets in and out of the home. The driveway has room for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the side street. The home has three bedrooms that all have new mattresses and pillows. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms hold two twin beds each. There is Wi-Fi and four Smart TVs located in all of the bedrooms, living room and the den. The kitchen has modern appliances and there is a washer and dryer on site for use. The living room and den both have comfortable furniture for leisure and relaxing. The two and a half bathrooms have showers and one bathtub. Our guests will have peace of mind during their stay because the house is also protected with an updated security system.

The guest will self-check in and have full use of the entire house.
Other things to note:
Guests will find a starter kit of toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies in the home. Guests who stay longer than 2-3 days will need to purchase their own supplies when the starter kit is depleted. The security system has an alarm system and outside cameras. There is a gas grill on site for you to use. (the tank may need to be taken to a gas station and exchanged for a full tank; we do not furnish the gas).

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the TVs. They are all in working order, and had I known you were having difficulty, I would have been happy to help. In many cases, a quick phone call is all it takes to walk guests through using the smart TVs.
Regarding the yard, I appreciate your feedback. It normally is mowed weekly, but during your stay there was an unexpected delay. Our lawn care provider had just undergone major surgery, and I chose to give him a little extra time to recover rather than immediately hiring someone else. He has taken great care of the property for a long time, and I wanted to extend him the same kindness and grace I hope others would show in a difficult situation.
Thank you again for your feedback. We truly value our guests' comments and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for future visitors.

This house was the clean and the perfect size for a family to spread out into their own spaces. Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The home was furnished with the basic necessities for a short stay.

The house was super cute, clean and looked newly remodeled. We had an easy time checking in and out. It was very close to the conference we were attending as well as restaurants and things to do. It was well stocked with things we may have needed. The only suggestion I would say is the master bedroom’s bed needs to be moved a few feet away from the wall so two adults can easily

Perfect in every Way
Very clean, cute, and good location property. Perfect for our stay. Loved having 2 1/2 baths so everyone could get ready. I highly recommend this property if staying in Russellville or nearby.

Cute and convenient!
Loved this rental!! Plenty of space to spread out and entertain yourselves but a big enough common area if you all want to relax and spead time together. It's just a couple minutes drive away from Russellville shopping but in a very quiet neighborhood.

Great house in Russellville
Check in was super easy and Berrie was very responsive with a couple questions we had. House has been beautifully remodeled and fit our needs perfectly. This quiet neighborhood was a great starting point for our adventures in the area. Thank you for letting us stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Russellville VRBO
Property appeared to be recently remodeled and was very nice. Area felt safe and secure. Older home with garage converted into a 2nd living area and additional bathroom. We were fine in May but the only concern was the AC worked hard to keep up. Owner was very responsive to questions.
