Nice, comfy, clean. Only complaints were the bedroom fans need balancing and the closet shelf needs a center support (it sags). Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This house was the clean and the perfect size for a family to spread out into their own spaces. Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The home was furnished with the basic necessities for a short stay.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you found the home clean and spacious. I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the TVs. They are all in working order, and had I known you were having difficulty, I would have been happy to help. In many cases, a quick phone call is all it takes to walk guests through using the smart TVs. Regarding the yard, I appreciate your feedback. It normally is mowed weekly, but during your stay there was an unexpected delay. Our lawn care provider had just undergone major surgery, and I chose to give him a little extra time to recover rather than immediately hiring someone else. He has taken great care of the property for a long time, and I wanted to extend him the same kindness and grace I hope others would show in a difficult situation. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly value our guests' comments and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for future visitors.

This place was exactly as advertised and better. They have thought of everything you could need. Separate TV areas so everyone can relax and watch what they want and have room to unwind. We traveled with a pet and the fenced in area was amazing especially with patio furniture so the humans can hang out there too!! Everything was so clean and well laid out us!! Thanks again!!

Very clean, cute, and good location property. Perfect for our stay. Loved having 2 1/2 baths so everyone could get ready. I highly recommend this property if staying in Russellville or nearby.

Cute and convenient!

Loved this rental!! Plenty of space to spread out and entertain yourselves but a big enough common area if you all want to relax and spead time together. It's just a couple minutes drive away from Russellville shopping but in a very quiet neighborhood.

The house was super cute, clean and looked newly remodeled. We had an easy time checking in and out. It was very close to the conference we were attending as well as restaurants and things to do. It was well stocked with things we may have needed. The only suggestion I would say is the master bedroom’s bed needs to be moved a few feet away from the wall so two adults can easily

Great house in Russellville

Check in was super easy and Berrie was very responsive with a couple questions we had. House has been beautifully remodeled and fit our needs perfectly. This quiet neighborhood was a great starting point for our adventures in the area. Thank you for letting us stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Property appeared to be recently remodeled and was very nice. Area felt safe and secure. Older home with garage converted into a 2nd living area and additional bathroom. We were fine in May but the only concern was the AC worked hard to keep up. Owner was very responsive to questions.
