The Farm Cottage--close to two state parks

Rustic farm house located on a working cattle farm. Home features two porches with seasonal views of Mt. Nebo and Petit Jean Mountain, breakfast nook, kitchen, dining area, large living room with two comfortable sofas and large flat screen smart television, two bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bath, and laundry room.
Their is ample room for a boat trailer in the parking area.
Large oaks and other shade trees provide a cooler lawn space for relaxing and playing lawn games. In addition to the porches and lawn area, there is also a fire pit with seating for four.
Home is located a short distance from Petit Jean and Mt. Nebo State Parks as well as the Centerville race tracks. Nearby Lake Dardanelle is an excellent fishing and recreation lake. Petit Jean Wildlife Management Area is minutes away and features public hunting and fishing. Holla Bend Wildlife Management Area is also very close and is an excellent place to see a variety of birds including Bald Eagles.

Excellent property! Exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Out in the country on a working farm but only about 17 minutes to town. The owner had fresh farm eggs and a pound of farm fed ground beef waiting on you with the availability to purchase more. Restaurants and shopping in town, and very close to two (2) state parks. Mt Nebo is the closest with several hiking/biking trails. This is on our "stay again" list!!

Didn't do much cooking but everything needed in a kitchen was available even a taste of country----eggs and beef raised at the back door! Felt very safe with the owner living close by and very willing to assist with anything needed such as information about surrounding areas, mileage and information about the park, etc..

This was our second November spending a week at the Farm Cabin while we hiked around Holla Bend NWR. Great weather, great accomodations.

This was a great farm house with plenty of amenities! It was actually better than we expected from the pictures and description! My parents loved it and it's location near Petit Jean Mountain was handy. They also loved the farm fresh eggs and ground beef that was in the fridge upon arrival! Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage!! The place was so inviting and comfortable! Definitely made it hard to leave. The beef and eggs were delicious! We will definitely be staying here again!
