We had an amazing stay for a family weekend ski trip. The location is so convenient and it's easily accessible to the ski resort. Hosts were conscientious with prompt communication.

Beautiful property in a great location

We have been coming to Purgatory to snowboard/ski for 20 years. We chose this place because it is right across the street from Purgatory. We stayed with friends and had kids from 4 to 15. Everyone loved the place! Pool table was a hit and we loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Place has a shuttle that comes to pick you up so no worries about having to load up a car in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing view and location

The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. A wonderful view of the mountains in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive into Durango. A great year round condo!

Great Purgatory Homebase

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is a short walk or shorter shuttle ride from Purgatory mountain. Very comfortable, all the expected amenities. Amazing views of Engineer Mountain and surrounding peaks. We rent a VRBO near Purgatory every spring break and this home is our favorite. Hope to come back next year!

We love to ski over at Purgatory. There are some great runs for all skill levels.
Afterwards we'll turn on the fireplace, cook some homemade chili in the exceptional kitchen, and then retire to our private hot tub to work out the joints!
