Very nice house! It was very clean and confortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were were stocked nicely! The owner responded quickly with a question we had. We will definitely stay again when we head back to Kokomo to see family.

The house had multiple electric air fresheners running which was overpowering to say the least. We unplugged them and realized why they were there. The next day everything smells like decades of old smoke. Unpacking my bags after getting home, everything smells like cigarettes. The house was clean and the owner was very friendly.

We have stayed here several times and love the house and the location. It is a great house that has everything you need while you are there. It is in a very quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed the house. Nice older middle class neighborhood. A little rough around the edges -- front door needs replaced, for example, but considering the price not a big dealLiving area is welcoming. Nice furniture, nice TV.Bedrooms were also Plenty of room in the master and a large walk in closet. Bedding was comfortable. Kitchen: not much to complain about, has all the necessities. Maybe missing an air fryer if I'm being picky?Communication with the property manager was a little slow, or maybe I wasn't using the most direct method (?). Again, not a big deal, just not as I would have liked.Would gladly stay here again.Overall a pleasant stay. 9/10

Made to Feel Like Home...Again

First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. Well...It didn't The House The Host were Perfect! I felt like I was Home again.After Reading the Reviews of this House I found out that some people You can NEVER please...Take out ALL of the Negative feedback and You have a GREAT Place to stay when you're in or around Kokomo,IN.We'll DEFINITELY be staying there Any and Every Time We go to visit Kokomo!

Super nice place.

Really, really great place. Recommend highly. Only glitch was that we were given an incorrect code for the front door, which delayed us in getting in. But assuming that was a fluke incident.

Lovely house but not happy

This house is in a good neighborhood and cute inside. However, if you allergic to smoke this house has definitely been smoked in previously. I can smell smoke in this house and was not pleased. We did not stay and the property manager still has not called us back and I saw today only partial refund which I am not happy about since we did NOT stay and could not stay since I am allergic to smoke. This should have been Full Refund! Not happy this was not disclosed and even spoke to neighbors that said they have been working to get the smoke smell remediated but still is not taken care off. If you don’t have a problem with smoke this would be a great house to stay in but with 2 younger kids Personally No Way!
