This unique place has a style all its own! Walking distance to Graham’s breweries, restaurants & shops. Circa 1920, The Brick House features exposed original brick walls, a private hot tub in the backyard, a bumper pool table/dining table, fully stocked kitchen & 4 queen sleeping spaces (1-airbed, 1-CordaRoy beanbag). 2-Spacious bedrooms, fresh linens & large windows make the space light & airy. Mins to Elon/Burlington/wineries & breweries.

Outdoor patio features a custom built stone pizza oven/fireplace w/a 6 person dining table, steps away from a newly installed 8-person hot tub; all within a completely private, fully fenced in back yard, all to yourself the entire stay.

Wonderful home! I was there hosting my daughter’s wedding, and the home was perfect to have the bridal party over for brunch in addition to a few out of town guests. The home is very walkable to most anything in town. Lovely home in a lovely town.

10/10!! This decor of this house was cool. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The owners were also so kind and even offered to let us drop our belongings off early before a wedding. I didn’t want to leave this place!

The house was clean and cute. And the owner was great. We asked if we could have two other families over, and bought wood and made a fire in the backyard, which worked great, and was a fun place to have dinner under the string lights. We made dinner in the well equipped kitchen, and the backyard grill worked well. It was a little farther from the Elon campus than we expected, and the area really isn’t great. The neighbors are pretty sketchy on one side, and the neighbors on the other side had a party until 3 AM. That said, not the owners fault, and we would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful little house with very unique decor. The amenities were great and the location was exactly what we were looking for. It was a short 7 minute walk to the square where all the breweries and shops were. The only issue is the neighbors. There were some sketchy things going on in and around the home. One morning had a police car in their driveway. Although this occurred, we never felt unsafe or would prevent us from booking again.

This house is perfect! The two bedrooms are convenient to separate baths and the hot tub is a nice touch. Limited steps made it usable for someone that requires a walker. There is also a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean & Comfortable But 4 Queens Misleading

This home could not have been cleaner and is thoughtfully provisioned (soft towels, room-darkening drapes) with an appealing location a short walk to town. One hitch: It does not sleep 8 or provide 4 queen sleeping spaces, and would be more accurately listed as having 2 queen beds and 1 high quality queen air bed. There is no way the enormous beanbag chair should count as a viable sleeping space. As 5 adults (3 singles), we were forced to make do. The pool table was a hit. We regret that with a busy Elon graduation weekend we weren’t able to take more advantage of the terrific outdoor space.

Private back yard space with the string lights was perfect for our family! The thoughtful details were much appreciated - from the well stocked kitchen and coffee bar to the firewood and fire starters to high end towels and toiletries. Bedrooms are spacious and the home was very comfortable! We had a great stay!

Pros and Cons

I like leaving practical reviews for others to know more about the property when booking. Pros: —cute vibe, old house dressed up vintage cute—enough space with one decent size bathroom, other bathroom is functional but pretty tiny. —good parking, off the street —easy communication and not a problem getting in—had a few nice amenities like coffee pods/grounds for keurig or coffee pot and even creamer in fridge which is nice for a short stay —Enough linens, comfortable bedsCons: -I would say the neighborhood is up and coming so not the greatest but close enough to the little square downtown to be do-able—they have two queen beds, and one great queen air mattress, but the listing says it sleeps 8
the last “bed” is a giant beanbag. It could sleep a toddler if necessary but it wouldn’t fit an adult. I would stay here again if we were in the area and while we didn’t get to explore because we were just there for a wedding, the city of Graham looks pretty cute.

Great Spot

This home in Graham is adorable, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location near city center allowed us to enjoy the fantastic local restaurants and shops. Walking to some is possible. It's a lovely little city. It's,also,centrally located for easy drives to areas like Raleigh and Greensboro.

Clean and well appointed. A little concerned at first with tape over front door window. Turns out the window was intact so no biggie. Dog friendly with fenced in back yard and Evan had special towels for muddy paws. Nice stay overall.

Really enjoyed the stay !

Very nice home. Very comfortable and cozy. Recommend you do some research on the pizza oven as my attempt was fun but as far as culinary quality a complete failure. Hot tub was great after a long day. Would definitely stay here again

Charming

Charming and beautifully decorated. Had the needed amenities. Check in and out was easy. We were happy to be able to bring our dogs, the fenced in large backyard was great. The house is very close to the downtown area where there were lots of restaurant options.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This neighborhood is such a short distance & walk away from a fun downtown area. Great restaurants, breweries, coffee/crepery, ice cream shops, a 1920’s speakeasy & many shops, we love to walk around and grab a quick coffee or stroll around when there are events going on in the area. You can Uber or Instacart anything here, and this quiet spot has its very own private backyard for entertaining at home if you just want to stay in as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home features a custom made outdoor fireplace/pizza oven in front of a paved outdoor dining table that seats 6. The private backyard also includes a saucer swing under a very shady pecan tree for the kids or anyone that loves to swing. Newly added bumper pool table in the dining area doubles as a dining table with its custom made dining top that unlatches and removes if you want to play a 2 person game of bumper pool.

The spacious 2 bedrooms each feature a queen bed with luxury bedding, and also has an extra queen size air bed in one room & a queen size CordaRoy Beanbag bed in the other, along with a playpen for an infant/toddler.

It’s fully stocked kitchen with counter seating, has everything your vacation will need if you love to cook at home. All the amenities in the kitchen will not have you missing your own kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, crockpot, pots/pans & cooking utensils & we also have children’s dinnerware. Stocked with lots of bar-ware, you can have a great night with music, drinks, dinner & playing bumper pool or even board games.

Check out the stone pizza oven or propane grill out back for a night outside under the lighted patio area.
