10 miles to Hershey Park, 10 miles to downtown Harrisburg, and 1 mile off Interstate 81!! Our fabulous cottage will make your stay in Central Pennsylvania so much sweeter! Whether you want to get in your car and explore the area, or stay put and walk to restaurants, you will LOVE staying at the Cottage on Raspberry located in the quaint Village of Linglestown! Located on a quiet alley across from Koons Park with tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, public pool, and more! Walk to coffee shops, a brewery, cafe, book store, bar, spa, hair/nail salon, clothing store, pizza, and more!

10 foot ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, one large bathroom with a tub/shower combo, washer and dryer, brand new stainless appliances, luxury flooring, foosball, a wall mounted Arcade, 55 inch TV, and a private outdoor courtyard are only some of the things that make our cottage special! We have an outdoor dining table and umbrella.

This home was completed in July 2023 and thoughtfully furnished...there isn't much you won't love!Please note: This cottage sits 25 yards behind a duplex. The duplex does have parking in the same lot as this home, but the asphalt pad behind this home has 2 designated parking spaces for you during your stay.

Great location and rental for a stay at Hershey! Commute is about 20 minutes, but is a straight shot to the park! Cute and perfect sized location for five of us staying.

The location, directions, entry and space were all great. Comfortable, easy to live in space. The smaller outdoor area was perfect for morning coffee or tea while the kiddos did their thing. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. Being so close to the park was wonderful as well. The kiddos got out their energies a plenty.

Grass definitely needed mowed. Everything else was fine. Beds, linens, towels ect were very nice. It was very private and peaceful. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice house near Hershey & Harrisburg

Nice house, clean, comfortable furniture, plus extras like shampoo etc in bathroom, massage chair, foosball, games. Was a little hard to find, GPS sent us to front house (this is a smaller rear house accessed off back alley), but would stay again if in the area in the future.

This was such a great little rental to have close to Hershey Park for our son, his family and my husband and I. This was a super short trip so we didn’t go out and explore the area but seemed to be away from the the traffic and and all the craziness of Hershey. First time ever staying in a rental where the hosts literally has the home stocked. No worry about running out of the basics because they have it. From k-cups to towels and linens. My grandsons loved the game room and spent most of the time we were there playing Pac-Man. After a long day in Hershey Park the heated recliner was a must for my sore back. Can’t recommend this home enough!

Comfortable stay!

My husband & I stayed with our 10 year old grandson. The foosball table was a definite favorite! The location was very convenient to Hershey and Lancaster County. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfy and cute!

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday as we were all coming from different areas, and we could not be more impressed! Everything we needed was there! It was clean, the host was was super nice and we had a great time!

Summer Vacation

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in the Cottage on Raspberry. We drove about an hour for Dorney and also enjoyed Chocolate World in Hershey. Communication with our host was great. We didn't have issues during our stay and the pictures show exactly what you're getting. No isses with the neighbors either and the park across the street is nice too. We all felt safe. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab our tablet on the way out. She tried to notify us right away, but I didnt see it so she is shipping it to our home, which I really appreciate. If we ever come to the area again, we would definitely try to stay here and I will recommend it to others. Thanks for helping our vacation be one to remember!

Fourth of July weekend

Rented this home for a trip to Hershey Park on Fourth of July weekend with my son and another family of 3 children. It was nice for what we needed it for. The cottage is not very private, on the property of the owner, which is basically in their backyard and the neighbors open backyard. The inside was not as clean as I would have liked and the WiFi was SUPER inconsistent for young children using iPads. You couldn’t even watch TV. The pots and pans were old and peeling black teflon (SOO cancer causing) and we had to eat out, the linens and comforters were cheap polyester and had an oder. If you rent this place, I would definitely bring your own cotton linens. There was a foosball table & Pac-Man video game that was cool. The bottom lock to the door was broken which was one of my biggest concerns as we had small children in an unfamiliar state that anyone could’ve known the lock code they provided us with. The owner responded back somewhat timely but did not address my requests or concerns in any way. The bath water was brown, the owner told me the lines were recently flushed which didn’t change the fact I had to wash 4 babies each night. Owner said she would put a hose hookup for water for slip and slide and did not.We still had a good time, it would’ve been a nice little space if it was clean & quality.The coffee machine was a single cup Keurig but the mugs provided in the rental were too small for a single cup. I would recommend the space for adults more than kids for sure!

This neighborhood is absolutely adorable. It has the quaint village feel with awesome spots to eat, drink, and play just steps out the front door! It is also just 1 mile off of Route 81, which makes getting anywhere in Central PA so easy! This location is truly unbeatable if you want to get to Hershey (18 mins) , downtown Harrisburg (20 mins), Lancaster (45 mins) , Gettysburg (50 mins), State College (80 mins) New York City (2 hours)!

Our property sits on the same alley as Koons Park, a 33 acre park with: 3 picnic pavilions, 4 lighted tennis courts, 7 ball diamonds, A concession area, A football field, Lighted basketball and volleyball courts, Lots of paved parking, Play equipment, and Restrooms.

Wake up in the morning, enjoy coffee in your private courtyard, then walk 50 steps to play a game of pickleball, while your friends shoot hoops, and your kids play on the playground! In summer months, walk to the public pool at Koons Park (please google rates and hours before planning your trip).

Our property is brand new as of August 2023. Brand new LVP, brand new kitchen, bathroom, appliances, HVAC, roof, windows...you name it! Our ceilings are almost 10 feet high, giving the home an open and airy feel.
