This charming property offers not one, but two houses – the main house and the casita – providing the perfect getaway for up to 10 guests. During your stay, you'll have full access to both structures, ensuring a spacious and comfortable stay for everyone in your group.

The Space:
The main house is designed to accommodate your needs with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring a total of 5 cozy beds. Note, there is a trundle bed in the living room that pulls out to create the 2 single beds. The main house also features a spacious living room with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen to share memorable dining experiences with your loved ones.

In the casita, it's a pretty open concept. You'll find a convenient kitchenette, a private bathroom. As well as a queen sized bed, a breakfast table and a TV with some cozy chairs to kick back and relax. You'll also have access to your own carport for parking your vehicles.

Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, a private oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the Hill Country atmosphere. The private patio offers a peaceful retreat for morning coffee or evening conversations. For the ultimate relaxation, indulge in the inviting hot tub, soothing away any worries, or sway in the hammock as you immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.

Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

Also note, that the casita (bedroom 4) is a detached structure from the main house.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
