Enjoy the spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, and a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom.

The Space:
The guest bedrooms are perfect for families, featuring 2 queens and bunk beds for the kids. With high-speed WiFi, a large smart TV, and a washer/dryer, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Book now for an unforgettable vacation in the heart of the hill country.

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

5 Stars – A Perfect Mother’s Day Getaway!

We stayed at the Bluebonnet Bungalow in Fredericksburg over Mother’s Day weekend (May 8–11) with another couple—us from Fort Worth and our friends from Nashville. The home was absolutely perfect: super clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It offered a peaceful and refreshing respite from our busy lives.The property manager was exceptionally responsive, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell real care goes into both the home and the hospitality.This is one of those rare stays where five stars just don’t feel like enough—it honestly deserves 5⁔ stars. That’s how well-deserved it was.We wish we could have stayed longer and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!—Paul W.

Hill Country Christmas

We stayed at this home for a post Christmas mini trip. The house is very comfortable and clean. The host did a great job nice upgrading this home. We were pleased with how “big” it was; accommodated my family comfortably.We had a short drive into downtown but the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Prefect house

We found this house Just perfect. We didn’t have much time there as we were out busy doing activities but after staying there we wish we’d had another night. The house was very clean. Very cutely decorated. The master bed was very comfortable!! We will stay again when we visit Fredericksburg.

Had a great time staying at the property! Close to Main Street and easy to get to. Also plenty of easy parking (driveway and street) which was perfect for my friends and I coming from all over Texas!

Good location and nice house in quiet neighborhood

My sister and i enjoyed our stay. I had my dog with us. It was comfortable and enjoyable. Close to activities but in a quiet neighborhood. The reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star is because there was some liquid bodily fluids on one of the bed frames. After seeing my 7 month old niece, it may have been baby spit-up. When I mentioned it to the host, he said he would alert the cleaning crew.

Perfect property and perfect host

Our son wanted to go to enchanted rock and hike with his friends for his birthday so we made a quick trip down. This was the perfect place for us to come back to and relax before driving home the next day.
