■ You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.

■ A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

■ Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. The resort is equipped with limited electric vehicle charging stations.

■ Electric vehicle charging stations are available and are located near building 9.

■ Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The outdoor pools are heated and open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to the posted pool signage for more information.

■ Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted.
