This is an adorable little cottage in a perfect location. The back yard area with fire table is the perfect place to end the day. The hosts were very responsive. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We loved our stay at Tim and Caroline's cottage. It had everything we needed. Loved the backyard with the firepit! Communication great. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!!

Our family of four enjoyed this vacation rental. It was clean and well stocked. The location was an easy walk to downtown Santa Rosa, and the location was really convenient for day trips to the coast and to wine country. The outside sitting area was great also. We would definitely rent this property again when in Santa Rosa.

Great central location for visiting and exploring that area of the country since typically an hour from sooo many great wines, shops, hikes, trails! It was a cute little cottage that was very clean. Cute area in back and great foods/drinks next door was added perk. Would definitely stay there again!

The place was perfect for my wife, dog and I, and our daughter who stayed a few days. Great central location near restaurants, but still relatively quiet side street. Good off street parking. Neat private back yard with propane fire pit and grill. Timely communications with hosts. Definitely would stay here again next time I’m in town.

Tim and Caroline’s cottage was perfect for our two night stay. We loved how close it was to the shops and restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Definitely recommend.
