The property was extremely clean and very well appointed. The ameneties in the kitchen, coffee and tea and sugar were very much appreciated as well as the bathroom ameneties, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen appliances were in perfect working condition. Beds were very comfortable.The owners of the unit were very responsive to our questions.

This was absolutely perfect. We stayed here for 3 nights for our daughter's wedding. It was absolutely spotless, very clean, very new, and very comfortable. Everything in the townhouse is beautiful. We were very pleased with it. The location was absolutely perfect for us, since we had many family members staying at the Comfort Inn Hotel which is only up the road and is conveniently located to grocery stores and many other stores and restaurants. Communication from the Host was excellent, quick, and very accommodating.

The online listing was not accurate. We came from out of town with family, area hotels were fully booked so we could not adjust our stay. Online listing stated 4 bedrooms with an office and a bed. There were 3 bedrooms and a blow up mattress against the wall in the office. Nothing was done to make this right.

A number of us ranging from ages 8-62 came here for a family week away. The property was perfect for our group. It was well maintained and clean. We had a few questions for the hosts during our stay, and they always responded right away. A few more extra blankets (it was super cold the week we visited), and an onsite vacuum cleaner were my only requests. But the whole family had a great time and we loved exploring the little shops and restaurants in Carelton Place. But it's very easy to get to the highway that takes you right into Ottawa proper. If there's no traffic, it takes about 40 minutes to get from the property to downtown Ottawa. Overall I highly recommend this lovely rental. It was a wonderful, comfortable stay, and I hope to return in the future.

Lovely!

Great spot for us to land for our family trip! Well equipped and roomy with lots of space for all of us! We were 6 all together, 2 adult children, one teenager, a senior and then my husband and I. Check in was very easy and communication with the host was always great. Thanks so much!
