This cute updated 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need! Whether your'e on a short business trip or taking a lengthy vacation to enjoy the beautiful Twin Ports, my apartment provides the perfect location. Only blocks away from restaurants and bars on the famous Tower Avenue and less than 10 minutes from Canal Park in Duluth. Pattison Park and Amnicon Falls are also only a short drive away!

My space provides practically everything you need to cook a full meal for the family or simply enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee. Large living and dining area with your own wifi and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms.

Other than the apartment, guests will have access to the gazebo area in the yard.

We are very flexible and responsive. Taylor also works from home in the same building. We will be available to be at your service anytime during your stay.

You will love this quiet neighborhood on the North end of Superior. The Spirit Room (cocktails and tapas) is only steps away in the back yard! You will only be a few blocks from the Blatnik Bridge which connects Duluth to Superior which makes it very easy to get around the area. Visit one of the many restaurants in the area or even get food delivered from Golden Inn Chinese or VIP Pizza on Tower Ave.

There is a bus stop on the corner of the block which will take you to Duluth and around Superior. Tower ave is about 4 blocks and is within walking distance. Anything else you will want to drive or even take an Uber/Lift. This area has virtually no rush hour traffic.
Try to keep the bathroom floor dry when using the shower with the small towel provided on the back of the toilet. Please stay out of the basement. Do not charge movies on our Amazon account.

Great quiet neighborhood. Loved the bar around the corner and the cheese shop. The hosts had good communication, and the place had everything we needed - comfy beds, good shower, and a crockpot! It’s a cute old place. I would definitely recommend and come back if we are ever visiting the Duluth area again.

Clean, convenient, comfy, coffee!

Me and a buddy explored Duluth for a few days and this place was so conveniently located to everything! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the keurig machine provided morning coffee! Great communication and easy to access the place. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great Place to Stay!

The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and close enough to Duluth to quickly get back & forth as needed. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and have the place decorated so it’s very cute and cozy!

Overall, a great stay mere minutes from Duluth with comfortable beds and quick to respond and attentive communication from the hosts. Quiet neighborhood with free on street parking. Do keep in mind that you may hear other rentals in the rental above you. It has the basic comforts for your daily needs. You can hear the clock tower's soft chime on the hour, which personally I really enjoyed. Thanks for a great stay!

Super-comfy!

Not just comfy, but super comfy! My dad and I stayed in this spacious 2 BR for a family visit to Superior and made ourselves at home on the cozy couch, dinners in and felt warm during a sub-zero week in February. A few highlights: very comfortable beds, clean, and quiet.Taylor and Madison were very responsive to all of our questions.

Duluth trip

Nice, small apartment. Very clean, but does need some updating. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Close to Canal Park, Barkers Island, and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

Reunion with a good friend

My good friend and I stayed at this VRBO and it was a very convenient location for us. We were visiting Duluth and the surrounding area so it was very close to the bridge leading to Duluth and about a 15 min drive home. The property was very clean and the decor was very cute. Would recommend staying here in the future.

Clean properly, great setup

All the hotels in the area were booked up, found this little gem and I couldn't be happier. The property was clean and well kept. All the amenities of home way more than a hotel at a better price. If I end up in Duluth again I will definitely be back here.

Comfortable and charming

We wanted to show our 14 year old visitor from France around Duluth and were looking for an affordable two bedroom suite. We discovered this inexpensive VRBO just over the high bridge in Superior. It met all our needs, and the hosts could not have been more gracious. Thanks for the great stay and the outstanding hospitality!

Cute little place

Checking in was a breeze with great communication from the host. Over all was a great stay. Quiet, clean, and cute little place. I really liked that they provided various streaming sites. Makes you a little more comfortable not being at home. I was able to watch shows and movies that I actually liked. A+ host.

Superior Gem

What a lovely place! My family of three very much enjoyed this gem we found in Superior. Madison was more than helpful and responsive and the location was super convenient to our desired destinations such as Canal Park. We actually tried to stay near Canal Park and weren't able to find anything. Turns out, it was a blessing in disguise and we got to esacape the bustle of Canal Park and enjoy the peace of our quiet haven just on the other side of the bridge! I highly recommend this lovely apartment!!lwas

Well priced vacation stay

This was a great place for the two of us to stay at during our Duluth visit! It offered two bedrooms, which was more than enough space. And it was less than $100 dollars a night! It was about ten minutes away from the harbor and most dining areas and grocery stores. We spent some time during the evening hanging out in the living room--the tv had a good selection of streaming services, and it was very comfortable. Parking was also ample. The only two downsides of this property were the front door locks which were both a little sticky, and the microwave which was a little bit inaccessible because it was on top of the fridge. However these were minimal issues and we would definitely stay here again!

Communication was our main issue. I sent messages, called and got voicemail, and as we sat out front in our car (it was 4 degrees) I finally got a text giving us the code for the key box. No decaf coffee was the only other issue. Otherwise a basic but pleasant place to park for a few days.
