Wonderful home in peaceful neighborhood!

The house is immaculate and thoughtfully set up. Everything you need is there. Communication with the owner is A. The neighborhood is quiet and highly walkable. Also, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are close by. The best of all worlds! I would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The place was very clean, well stocked, and in a quiet and convenient part of the island. We could easily walk to get coffee and great food. And it wasn't that far from the beach. Communication with owner was also easy! Highly recommend!

Charming Indeed!

My family of 4 adults & 1 mini golden doodle pup stayed for 5 nights at this cute Oak Island home. Loved the neighborhood and little park area close by. We found everything to be clean, well-stocked & cozy. Having the beach & restaurants/shops close by was a plus. We also spent time sitting in the fenced-in backyard relaxing & playing ball with our pup. We would definitely stay here again and appreciated our host's responsiveness to any questions we had.

Beautifully decorated, many items available to use. Just wish the yard was more usable.. the grass/weeds were really high and the back yard covers in pine cone thorns. The kids nor dog could use the back yard and it was one of the Mai. Reasons we choose this place..but other than that. Everything was rally ice

A Gem on the island

This home is a gem. An easy walk to the beach within a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The pictures are accurate of this beautifully decorated home with quality, updated appliances. (We really appreciated the refrigerator that included a filtered water and ice dispenser, and they both worked!) Lots of helpful extras included that make it more of a home away from home, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing liquid, hand soaps, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, quality towels and linens, beach towels, dog waste bags, dog bowls, and coffee pods. The owners obviously want to make you feel welcome, and they succeed. :) The property manager is quick to respond (we didn't have any problems, just a question or two.) On our neighborhood walks with the dog we especially enjoyed the small city park with its pier overlooking the ICW located diagonally across the street from this home. We enjoyed our weekend getaway in this gem and look forward to returning.

This place was the perfect size for our family of 3 plus dog. Very comfortable, convenient access to the beach, and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Wonderful long weekend !

Our stay was wonderful, the house was well stocked, close to everything, and the mattresses were comfortable (you just never know sometimes)! We had a problem with the keyless entry one day and the owner was quick to respond and fix the issue. The only little thing that isn't listed is, while the fenced in back yard is large and was amazing for our dogs. You can't get to it through the inside of the house, you have to take the dogs out the front door and around the side of the house to enter theyard. We will be back! Thank you!
