Large deck looking over a beautiful property on Ky Lake. Lake and perfect for relaxing and having a bon fire. Located a few blocks from Moors Resort that has a restaurant, bar, marina fishing guides, boat and jet ski rental take out pizza food and more. Close to Land between the lakes, Pattis 1800 Settlement, shopping, restaurants and more.

We had the best time even though the weather was not cooperating. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the rain and all the wildlife in the yard. The apartment is adorable and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable! Kelly and Coach made us feel right at home and were very accommodating throughout our stay.

Kelly and coach were amazing and very accommodating and helpful as well as fun to be around , kept everything very clean and tidy. The boat dock was great and boat ramp around the bend. Would definitely recommend and cant speak highly enough of our hosts.

It was a great getaway right on the water. My wife and grandbabies had a great time. The place was super clean and comfortable the owner was extremely nice and friendly. My wife liked it so much. She’s ready to plan another trip in the future would definitely go back.

We loved our stay here. So quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the beautiful weather while walking down to the dock and just sitting on that big old porch with a cup of coffee. The morning and evening Lakeview was spectacular. We hope to enjoy this little cottage again soon.

Don’t stay here.. she will charge for items broken and the renter gets the blame. She claimed that we broke a cheap paper shade and it was dry rotted and she claimed that we broke a very old luggage rack.. we broke neither. We are retired older couple and not some wild teenagers. We respect other’s belongings.

Hi Vicki, This is the first time since I have opened the doors to my VRBO that I have had to charge for damages. You can tell by my past reviews that my guest are satisfied with the property. I wish you would have had a conversation with me before you checked out about the damages incurred. However, our conversation was about how much you loved it here. I hated to charge you but it's for replacement and you still get some of your deposit returned. Respectfully, Kelly

Great stay. Host was super friendly and made sure we had all we needed. Fans on the front porch kept us cool and kept the bugs away. Great fun swimming and fishing off the dock. We loved the decor and vibe of the Dockside Paradise.
