We are 15 minutes from Berlin or Charm, 5 minutes from Millersburg. 3 miles to the Holmes county rails to trails in Killbuck. 2 miles from Friday night racing at Hilltop Speedway. 25 Minute drive to Mohican state park and canoe livery. Very clean, top end furniture and fixtures, well decorated, very homey and warm, host very welcoming with good communication, blew a circuit breaker and woke up Sunday morning to no water - messaged the host and, I kid you not, within less than ten minutes they were there and fixed the problem. What more could one ask? Only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.

This is a beautiful home on a wonderful property about 15 minutes outside of Millersburg/Berlin. It is fully furnished and impeccably clean. We had a great time there and would certainly recommend it.

This was our second stay at Windy Hollow Retreat in three years, and once again, it exceeded expectations. We stayed for five days while attending the Jeep Jamboree Killbuck, and the retreat was the perfect place to unwind after the excitement of the trails.The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offers all the comforts of home. When we weren’t at the Jamboree, we enjoyed exploring the nearby towns of Millerburg and Berlin, both full of charm, great food, and unique local shops.The hosts continue to be welcoming and attentive, and it’s clear they care about creating a relaxing experience for their guests. Windy Hollow Retreat has become our go-to spot when visiting the area—and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Piece for Paradise

This property was so amazing. The views were breathtaking. I love waking up in the morning and seeing the majestic views of the country land. We gad a great time and highly recommend if anyone wants to get away from the city to relax.

Wonderful Visit to Windy Hollow!

This was our second visit to Windy Hollow and it was absolutely wonderful again! Judy is a great host and makes us feel right at home. She is very responsive. The house is just perfect. Very clean and well appointee. It’s close to Amish Country points of interests and good eating. It is so peaceful and quiet at the house, with deer out feeding in the field out back in the morning and evenings. We cooked out a few times on the grill and just sat outside and enjoy the peaceful evenings! I highly recommend Windy Hollow and Judy as your host to Amish Country!

Lovely, comfortable home

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Home was clean, comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable too! We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again, if we are ever back in the area.

Peaceful and CLEAN!

A beautiful, immaculate family home with a peaceful country vista out the kitchen window! A sunny Sept morning sitting on the swing bench watching bluebirds and wild turkey made for a peaceful morning and wishing our very brief stay was a bit longer. Though we only had 2 in our party, we could imagine a family enjoying a barbecue or family supper in the large dining room. The bedrooms were spacious and did I say the place was clean? Cleanest VRBO I have stayed in.ever. Judy was great and responsive!

Friends Getaway

Myself and a couple of friends decided to have a 10 day reunion in Amish Country. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the Windy Hollow property! Communication with Judy our host was extremely easy throughout the visit and she was attentive to anything we asked; which included restaurant and local merchant recommendations 😁. The property was extremely clean and so comfortably appointed! We felt like we were home from the first day. We took advantage of the back porch and cooked out on the grill and watched the deer play in the back yard every morning and evening! So relaxing to just catch up with friends and enjoy the peace and quiet of the property! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and Judy offered to do a refresh for us mid-visit since we were staying 10 days; which we took her up on. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen area big enough for all of us to maneuver in at once. The house is close enough to all attractions and we visited most all of them in the area, yet sits in the countryside away from all rush. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the property and Judy as host for your next stay in the area!

4th of July Getaway

My wife and I love the Ohio Amish area. We travel there every time we get a chance. Windy Hollow Retreat is now one of our favorite places to stay. It is so quiet and peaceful with countryside and wildlife views. We hope we can return again soon. Thanks for a great 5 night stay.

An Unforgettable Stay at Windy Hollow Retreat

Upon arrival at our Vrbo rental, Windy Hollow Retreat, we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property. It was clear that the homeowner took pride in their rental, and it felt like a home away from home. The property and house were immaculate, and the attention to detail in its maintenance and cleanliness was commendable. The home is nestled on a quiet plot of land where you can relax on the front porch swing, enjoy watching wildlife while cooking in the kitchen, or playing outside in the huge yard. The property is beautifully landscaped. Windy Hollow Retreat had everything we needed and more. The spacious living / dining room area provided the perfect gathering spot for our family. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals during our stay. The comfortable bedrooms ensured that we got a good night's sleep for our adventures the next day. In conclusion, our experience at Windy Hollow Retreat during our trip was nothing short of outstanding. It offered the perfect blend of comfort, quietness, and convenience for our trip. My family wholeheartedly would recommend Windy Hollow Retreat for your accommodation choice. It certainly made our adventure one for the books, and we plan to rent again.
