Easy GAC access and clean/comfortable stay

We had a several day swim meet at GAC and rented this house to have a convenient place to go back and forth between sessions. Property was great! Really comfortable, great amenities, clean and cozy. We had one adult and two teens and it was perfect for us.

Perfect location and very comfortable home!

Home was very clean. Beds and couch were comfortable. Great location to explore the area. Would stay again!! It is a duplex but we never heard the neighbors. Owner was responsive to questions. Overall loved our stay.

This is a cute home in a quiet neighborhood. We attended a concert at the Coliseum and felt very safe walking to and from the venue. We would definitely stay in this home, again.

Perfect for colesium

The location and property was perfect for a concert at First Horizon. We were able to walk back before most were able to leave their parking spot and avoided the parking fee! Stameys barbecue up the street was great and we had a nice visit to the water park. Beds were made and clean and had plenty of towels and even snacks!

Perfect location

My grandson was swimming in the YMCA nationals at the Aquatic Center, adjacent to the Coliseum. It was just a five minute walk across the parking lot. The home itself was cozy and comfortable.

Cozy Greensboro Getaway

The house was adorable and well-equipped. We were visiting an Elon student, so it was close enough to the campus. The neighborhood lacks a little to be desired. The neighbors were noisy until 2:00 a.m. on Saturday night, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. Super cute!!

The host is not responsive. The beds were unmade when we arrived at 8:30pm. The house had not been cleaned. The host never responded so we had to get a hotel room. The host not refunded my money yet since we never stayed because it was not cleaned. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Walking distance to Greensboro Coliseum

The house is absolutely adorable. We chose this location because we went to a concert at the Greensboro Coliseum which is only a 5 minute walk, literally across the street. The house was spotless, fresh and clean when we checked in. A bonus small fenced in area for our little dog to potty was a plus. The owner had fresh fruit, snacks and coffee available on check-in. The price was very affordable, dog friendly, and much nicer and private than a hotel. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Concert visit at Coliseum

Pictures were an accurate depiction of what the property looked like. The home was very clean and inviting. My wife and I were very comfortable and every detail was covered by the host. Anyone attending a concert at the Coliseum from out of town, I would say this place is a must. Should we ever be back around in the area we would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend this home to others. **Clean**tastefully decorated**snacks**coffee** A+

Fun Stay in GSO

House was perfect for us. Neighborhood was mostly quiet, very little traffic even though it is right by the Coliseum Complex. Definitely a MUST stay if you have something to attend in the Coliseum area - it took us about 12-15 minutes walk to get to the 'front' of the Coliseum for a concert! MUCH better than fighting traffic and paying $25+ to park. Also the police blocked off the streets in front of the house (as well as others) so the traffic didn't go speeding through the neighborhood after the concert! Easy & quick communication with property owner/manager.

You can't get any better of a location if you are attending events at the Coliseum! We stayed her for my daughter's World Ninja event and simply walked back and forth between events, no need to pay extra for event parking. Plus it was an easy escape from the crowds of the event and we were able to make food without having to pack a cooler or battle restaurant crowds. There is also a grocery store and CVS within walking distance.There was ample space for the 3 of us. Beds were comfortable, spacious living and dining spaces, and lots of added touches such as arrival snacks, basic cooking supplies, and toiletries. The outdoor patio space was also nice for relaxing in the evenings while watching the neighborhood bunnies. Communication with the host was easy as was checkin/checkout. We hope to return for future events!
