I am sorry about the grill and the coffee carafe situation, both were frustrating and took longer to resolve than they should have, and I will make sure those things are handled better going forward. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I truly value hearing from guests, though I do want to clarify a few points to ensure an accurate picture of the home is reflected. The thermostat is in good working order, but it does need to be set to the correct mode rather than left on auto to function as intended. I am always more than happy to walk guests through this step if there is any uncertainty. The upstairs shower was inspected right after your stay and was found to be draining properly. With heavy use, it is possible for water to back up temporarily, and in those cases I encourage guests to notify me right away so I can send my team to clear it immediately. The pool is professionally serviced every week and does not have any leaks. Like any frequently used feature in a coastal home, there may be visible signs of normal wear, but its condition remains safe and enjoyable for guest use. The decking is also inspected regularly, and while natural shifting in wood can occur due to the coastal climate, any areas that could pose a hazard are promptly repaired. Towels are provided in the quantity outlined in the listing, but I am always glad to supply more upon request. I take great pride in maintaining the property to a high standard, and I do wish you had reached out during your stay. I would have been more than willing to step in right away to resolve any concerns and ensure you had the comfortable experience I want all my guests to enjoy.
