This beautifully decorated three bedroom (SLEEPS 9) is nestled in desirable Killegray/Flora Bluff area with amazing views of the ocean and majestic sunsets. Bring your family fur member - one under 50 lbs welcome.

Walk down the boardwalk toward the beach and discover 3 Mermaids. You will fall in love with the wide-open space overlooking the beach bringing a serene and peaceful setting for dolphin (and Mermaid) watching, and amazing sunsets. A reverse floor plan takes advantage of the panoramic ocean views and allows the sunlight to stream in. The kitchen and breakfast bar, with full amenities, will set the scene for the cook in your family to serve up memorable meals. The dining room seats 8 and is perfect for large family enjoyment. Entertaining is easy with the open living room concept allowing everyone to be a part of the fun. All this leads to the large private screened porch to take in the sun and serenity of this ideal island location.

The first floor features a luxurious master bedroom with king bed and newer tiled bathroom. The open spacious porch off the master bedroom offers expansive oceanfront views usually found in multimillion dollar homes—and there’s ample room for reading, relaxing, cocktail hours or just gazing at the rolling surf. This just may become your secret retreat for early morning coffee and sunset toasts to the day enjoyed.

The second bedroom on this level features one queen bed, two twin beds, a trundle bed, and another private bath.

You will find everyone bargaining to stay in the third-floor guest suite which exudes lots and lots of charm offering plenty of privacy, perfect for extended families and guests. or to make your teenagers feel very special. It offers another King bed, and a third full bath with spectacular with amazing ocean views. It will become a favorite space to get away for some quiet time.

Families, and friends will find a great spot outside to relax on the private patio for grilling, dining and providing a safe area for children to play. overlooking the dunes and sea.

*Temporary memberships to the Bald Head Island Club AND/OR Shoals Club for enjoyable access to golf, tennis, pools, dining and other activities are available for separate purchase. Rates and Availability determined by the BHI club and Shoals. It is best to purchase your membership(s) upon booking to ensure membership.
