Situated just across the street from beach access, this vacation home is a beach lover's paradise. Imagine waking up to the soothing sound of crashing waves and enjoying your morning coffee on the glassed-in deck while witnessing the breathtaking sunrise over the horizon. (This home is for sale-If your stay is over 5 days you may be asked to allow a showing for a compensation of $50 refund for a 30 minute showing).

Great ocean view, easy access to the beach. Place is clean. Good amenities. We pretty much had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. There are a lot of stairs to get up so not for people with any kind of mobility issues. We could’ve used some more blankets sometimes on the beds, but otherwise everything was great.

Strange experience with property management

Was lovely showing up to unit…. After getting inside we realized we shared a wall with the owner of the unit……. The stairs to two upstairs units (one owner occupied) comes right up the front so it is not private at all. There is also another house right next door that was celebrating while we were there that kept our kids awake every night… part of summer vacation I guess. The only other strange interaction was at first the owner talked to us about sand in the unit seemed great. Then th

It just can't be beat. You start your day watching the ocean waves and all the activity on the beach and end the say watching spectacular sunsets. The beach is a simple walk across the street and through the dunes. The house is just perfect for our family needs. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the utility room is well stocked with lots of extras. Can't wait to come back.

Kudos to Roxanne and Jeffy for go made sure I was satisfied with a new rental. They went above and beyond! I appreciated Toxanne driving me around when I got to York to find me the right rental that I was satisfied with!
