This was the perfect location for a weekend trip to the Williamsport/ wellsoboro area. Great location and beautiful property. Our hosts were excellent with communication and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house was clean and very cozy. They provided everything you could need for a getaway (dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, toiletries, plenty of towels and blankets, etc). We are absolutely looking forward to staying here again. Thanks tom and Wanda!!

Cozy Stay

If you are looking for a sleek, modern place to stay, opt for one of the many hotels in the area. This property offers a cozy, home-like landing place for a visit to this beautify part of the country. The hosts have set it up with a number of amenities that add to the comfort of their guests. We had plenty of space to spread out. The wifi access was terrific and allowed us to work while we were there. I highly recommend this property!

Stayed at this property for a week while working. Property was very nice I enjoyed the decor and location. Property managers were pleasant and accommodating.

The apartment was beautifully decorated in a Christian theme. Very tastefully done. Warm, cozy and immaculately clean. The property was well kept. I somehow missed the part about the apartment being in the basement with the Bilko door entrance around back. We have some mobility issues, but the host was very accommodating, allowing us to unload luggage earlier in the daylight so we weren't navigating the entrance later in the dark. I had very limited choices for staying in this area and picked this listing out quickly without completely reading everything. I later found that the entrance description was detailed at the end of the listing. My bad for not reading everything. I'm still very glad we picked this location as everything inside was above and beyond our expectations. Perhaps the layout of the entrance should be emphasized a little more because 6 months ago, it would have been impossible for us to have accessed this apartment due to health issues. Can find NO other fault and only compliments on a beautifully appointed apartment!

Cozy apartment.

The place was very clean and everything was provided. It was a little difficult getting in and out of the basement with all our luggage. The outdoor space is great. It is a lovely county setting.

In 2013, our daughter and son-by-choice purchased the small farm where Wanda grew up, and her mom sectioned off 1.5 acres and had this modular built. We moved in with her in 2020 and built the basement living space, never expecting her to pass away so quickly (2022). What to do with this beautiful place? You can guess! 😀

If you love birds, you will enjoy the plethora of songs we hear! Having woods, water, and open fields all in this area makes it a bird paradise! (Feeding them helps too!)
