Beautiful apt on the beach, with wonderful cross breezes to keep you cool

Beautiful and well-appointed apartment on 7th floor with a private, covered patio that overlooks the sandy beach and swimming pools. Access to the beach is down the elevators, past the swimming pools and out the private gate, a mere two minutes. The beach is of marvelous white and black sand, mostly deserted, perfect for swimming and available for your use at any time. Alternatively, enjoy one of three swimming pools, while reclining in a comfy chaise lounge. Return to a spacious, comfortable apartment to relax on your patio as the day fades to dusk, or turn on the air con and enjoy the same view through large glass slider doors! The apartment has everything you need, is of high quality, and everything works well; all of this will help ensure a wonderful stay. The kitchen has a large assortment of pots & pans with lids, and a large assortment serving dishes to set a lovely table. In addition, there is an in-unit washer & dryer for your use.
A mere 15 minute drive to Coronado rewards you with many fine restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and fine specialty food stores. We look forward to welcoming you to your home away from home in beautiful El Palmar Residences.

Beautiful views!

What a great experience for our first time in Panama!!! Check in was a breeze. We appreciated that we felt safe, especially with our 18 year old granddaughter with us. The unit was well stocked and clean; beds comfortable and AC worked well. We had nice ocean breezes. We could just get up in the morning, go for a swim in the ocean or walk on the beach for a couple hours, come back to do some sightseeing by car or just chill in the apartment. Granddaughter even took a surf lesson at Panama Surf School with Alex, which was about 5 minutes by car. Dora, our host, was awesome. We cooked several meals. Typically when we went out to eat or buy groceries at Rey’s, we went over to Coronado, which is about 15 minutes away and has a large expat community. Overall vacation was really nice.

Hostess With The Mostest

The apartment was immaculate. The decor is a perfect blend of the sea (which is off the balcony) and the woods (which is out the front window). Done very nicely. We were more than satisfied with the whole environment. Also, all of the building residents (that we met) and staff are all so nice. But as much as we loved the place, the best part of the stay was the hostess who was on top of her game. She was extremely helpful and anticipated what we might need, even before we had a clue, and that started before we arrived. VIP level attention! It was a very pleasant experience and can't wait to return... Thank you Dora...:-)

Great property

This apartment was absolutely wonderful—beautifully appointed with every detail carefully thought out. The stunning views and soothing sounds of waves from Pal Mar beach made it truly unforgettable, and the pools on the property provided a perfect place to unwind. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay without any issues. Check-in was a breeze, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants and shopping in Coronado. Our 5-day stay was nothing short of amazing, and we can’t wait to return!

As soon as we settled in, the magnificent view of the Pacific as well as that of the mountains from the kitchen window amazed us.Dora, our host, has a remarkable sense of hospitality and is helpful and friendly. Dora is proud to showcase this magnificent region.All the rooms are pleasant and tastefully decorated. And as for the balcony, what can I say? I had my coffee made with a De'Longhi every morning for two months... And a cocktail at the end of the day, with a view of the Pacific.You must consider the climate and its heat. Enjoy the gentle tropical breeze or the comfort of air conditioning in the three main rooms.Despite the efficiency of bus, Uber, and taxi services, having a vehicle is convenient. Be very vigilant about potholes while driving and keep an eye on police surveillance.The Waze app is extremely useful, just like Google Translate, for interacting with people. Dora will be able to recommend great restaurants to you via WhatsApp.This two-bedroom condo offers undeniably comfortable beds as well as a wide selection of pillows and cushions. The two bathrooms are nicely arranged and, as a bonus, they have a door that, when opened, offers a panoramic view!I really liked the kitchen, very well laid out, with plenty of storage and a wide selection of kitchen tools, dishes, pots, and pans.
