GAME DAY condo with a great location, situated on The Strip, walking distance to Bryant Denny Stadium, all things University of Alabama, downtown Tuscaloosa, and any amenities you may need.

This 3rd Floor 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo has a large open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that is gorgeously decorated. The whole family can enjoy time together in the living room watching the Alabama game or eating a homemade dinner that was prepared in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen has top of the line appliances; Wolf Range, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Free Standing Ice Maker; and is fully stocked to make dinner or tailgate a breeze. Complimentary coffee and tea is available.

Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom - King Bed, Walk-in Closet, En-suite Bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, Spacious Closet and Dresser, En-suite Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 - 2 Full Beds, Spacious Closet, En-suite Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All bathrooms are outfitted with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The living / dining area opens up to a spacious balcony facing University Blvd* with a gourmet grill, kegerator, dining area, lounge seating, and a 55" TV to catch all the games.

Condo has a dedicated Parking Space available and a small fitness center in the basement.

Beautiful stay with our family for Thanksgiving. Every amenity you could imagine was available. Great location, plenty of space, every detail was thought out. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo with friends for the USF game! Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Not only was it well stocked with toiletries, the kitchen is top of the line and the whole place is beautifully decorated! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Amazing Condo/Perfect location! One of the best condos in Tuscaloosa! Beautifully decorated...cozy sofa/beds...awesome kitchen with top-of-the line appliances..everything was perfect! Hard to leave but will DEFINITELY stay here again! We loved it!

Everything about this condo is amazing...The location is unbeatable and convenient to everything in town and on campus. The interior is not only beautiful but so cozy and inviting! The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for your stay and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. We will definitely make this condo out first choice when we visitTuscaloosa. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to return!

Perfect Spot

Outstanding property with luxury finishes, dedicated parking, great security and the host's communication was amazing! Everything was as described in the listing and the check in / check out process was easy. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to nearby restaurants, the grocery store, and, most importantly, Bryant Denny Stadium. Thank you for sharing this incredible property!

You'll want to move in after staying here - absolutely beautiful. Facility is top notch. Lovely, well-appointed and well-equipped unit. Impress your family and friends when staying here. Location is amazing - walking distance to both the campus and downtown. Park your car(s) within a secured lot. Amazing host who will promptly respond to any questions. Great people-watching from your unit on a comfortable patio. Hated to leave and hope to be back.

My family and I love going to the Football and Basketball games and we were miffed at the lack of quality and quantity of hotel and rental availability, so we decided to do it ourself. A place that was central and we could enjoy all things Bama related in a comfortable setting. We wanted to bring guests, cook, and entertain and this condo meets all of our needs.
