This cozy 1 bedroom cottage is located on beautiful West Lake in Wellington in a 4-plex. Close to Sandbanks Provincial Park, wineries, restaurants, and the Millennium Trail. Come enjoy all that the County has to offer!

The Picton is a part of Westlake Cottage Resort. This resort consists of 12 units that can all be rented together for larger groups.

Enjoy a smooth travel experience with self check-in! Full property details and access code will be automatically sent two days prior to your arrival.

Pet access
With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at this property (even hypoallergenic).

If bringing a service animal, it is the expectation the pet accompanies the owner at all times and can not be left at the property alone. Costs associated with damages caused by a pet will be pursued and are not included in the pet fee/cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee to cover the removal of pet dander from the property will apply.

Water access
There is shared water access for all units.

Getting Around:
This home is located between Wellington and Bloomfield making it a short drive from restaurants, shops and wineries. Sandbanks Provincial Park is 20 minutes by car.

You will need a car to tour the County. There are also many walking and bike trails throughout PEC.

We manage the property for the Host and represent several homes in the area. We will not come by without contacting you first usually by text. Access is via lockbox.
