Don't let minimal size scare you away. This home is complete with everything you need for rest and retreat. Whether you are visiting by yourself, with friends or with family, you are sure to enjoy your stay here.
The full kitchen is equipped with all your needs. The bathroom is both a shower/tub combo and has soaps, hairdryer and linens provided.
The two bunk-rooms provide enough sleeping space for up to 9 people. One bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunks, while the other has a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk. If more sleeping space is needed, there is a 50 amp RV hookup complete with sewer and water connections.
We can guarantee with views like these, you will want to spend the majority of your time outside on the covered patio or in the yard. Zoey’s Camp has both gas and charcoal grills, a fish cleaning station, and the community boat launch is seconds away. This is truly a Fisherman’s paradise!
Zoey’s Camp is located only a few minutes from Toledo Town where you can find groceries, gas, bait, restaurants, and healthcare! You are also only 10 miles from Cypress Bend Golf and Resort as well as 12 miles from Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park.

Weekend fishing trip with kids
The property was nice for a weekend getaway with kids. Big yard to play in right on the lake so my boys could fish all day. House was just what we needed and location was close to stores, restaurants and other fun things to do with kids.

Overall this is a good property. It does say it’s 2 bath in the listing but there is only 1. It is very small, but you can’t beat the view of the lake.

Great place to stay for fishing and tournaments. Clean, communication was excellent. Only one thing I wish they had. A dryer for clothes so when everything gets wet on lake or during rain you can dry a few items. Will definitely stay here again.
