Very nice place. had an excellent stay. I would suggest to owner that they not make renters wash the towels used as I feel this should be left for cleaning crew. Just my opinion.

Overall, the house is nice and clean on the inside. The shower by the kitchen didnt drain so it was unusable. We tried to spend family time on the dock and fish, but my wife and kids were frightened by the overwhelming amount of spider webs that prevented us from using the whole dock. It was seriously like a scene from arachnophobia. The hosts were responsive and nice, but we are glad we were only there for one night and not a week

Last minute trip

The road condition leading from Hwy 6 to the house was not pleasing to say the least. The overall stay and the amenities was fine. The garage out on the dock wasn’t removed from the previous tenants.

We had an amazing experience. It was a small getaway to celebrate my husband's 62nd birthday. It was he first time visiting. The fish wer biting, the house was spacious and very comfortable. A complete 5 star rating all around! We will book again!

Overall a nice stay.

Overall we had a really nice stay. Primarily a fishing vacation so the boat dock, ramp & water access was really nice for our needs. Just a few minor issues with no water access to the dock fish cleaning station and one of the bathroom showers has a cracked floor and very unstable. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.

Great Place to Stay

This was truly to best accommodations we have ever stayed at Toledo Bend. Fishing dock and boat launch next door. Wish I had a week to stay.

Beautiful location

This location was absolutely perfect especially if you have a boat and are ready to fish. With a private launch and docks to keep your boat at. Highly recommended for a family get together or a fishcation.

Not a good stay

My communication between the property manager and myself was good and also they let me come on the property early for check in but upon arriving to the property there was four trash cans that was full of the last visitors trash and it smelled bad ssheets on the beds

Excellent property overall

This was an excellent property, including the outdoor deck, Pier, boat accommodations. The water depth in front of the camp is pretty shallow. And you have to idle quite a ways to get to a boat lane. It’s not a big deal, but it’s good to know ahead of time. We were there during football season, and the TV is left a little bit to be desired. They’re kind of small. The mattresses could use an upgrade, but we were only there for a few days so it wasn’t too bad. The kitchen and dining areas are very well done, and we’re very clean. It is a beautiful place, and I would stay there again. It’s only about 2 miles from gas and groceries.

Nice place!

We enjoyed the house! Beautiful deck and lovely views. Only thing we didn’t like was that the lake had been drawn down to epic levels. We heard from more than more than one person that it had never been that low. Would have been good to know and we might have just left our boat at home. We would have still made the trip, just without the boat. All in all it was a great week!

Tamale Festival Trip

Overall good. Bathroom shower at front of house doesn’t drain and shower liner has mold. Beds - fair. Dated linens. TVs - not working - apparently internet was down in the area (Zwolle and Toledo Bend). Next door neighbor - unsightly yard, not a warm and fuzzy first impression of coming into street. Would stay again. Have enjoyed the house before.

Get away with friends

We set this up for an adult get away with friends. We loved everything about the property but the ac stpped working. The up side is it never got too hot as long as the fans were on. We will stay again!

Amazing

Loved the location with the lake views. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beautiful dock at sunset and it was perfect! If you come to fish, this is the spot. Perfect location in midlake with protection from the wind. Easy access to the whole lake. Will definitely come back. Property manager was very accomodating and friendly. House is beautiful 😍

We enjoyed our stay at Bay Dreamer! Lots of room and well equipped kitchen. The view of the lake from the fire pit is beautiful! Loved having access to our own boat dock/house.

This is a fabulous place to stay! While I wasn’t at the house much due to a fishing tournament, I plan to come back and stay and bring my family! This place is perfect if you want to entertain a small group.
