The Marina is all public access as well as the Beach. The flat itself has a 270-degree, wrap-around veranda that is 100 square meters and is equipped with sunbeds, dining facilities, Bar B Que, and an outdoor shower.

Various beach "toys" are also available onsite all for the guest's exclusive use.
