Family Friendly Home

Felt very comfortable at Papas Villa with my 10 month old child - we appreciated the travel crib and toys available. Nice quiet neighborhood and outdoor space to enjoy the evenings in Miami.

What an amazing experience to Fernando houseHe was very responsive in any moment and house was just so perfect clean super quiet and respect exactly what you see in the pictures .It was my NewYears vacation with my family , 6 of us and everyone enjoy their room and me and my husband enjoyed our privacy in the dependance Fernando provided everything you need for your vacation soft bath towels as well as the bedsheets It looks like to be in hotel!The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook and everything is so well maintained The patio was amazing very big space with the grill where you can enjoy a nice dinner watching tv (huge tv) relaxing in a very comfortable couch and 2 big fansOh and in every bedroom and living room there was a big flat tv I don t know what else to say besides I really enjoyed every minutes in this beautiful house 
.highly suggested!!!The only thing staying in West Miami even if you could find everything you need definitely you need a car to explore Miami Thank you Fernando to make my family trip memorable!!!

Amazing owner, great property

A coworker and I were in town for work, so the additional suite came in handy. The stocked water, coffee, and creamer were awesome touches, the beds were very comfortable, and communicating with the property owner was so easy. One of the best parts - no laundry list of check-out to-dos. We could simply pack up and leave. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay !

We were absolutely delighted with the property, and we couldn’t believe how lucky we were _ we were the first guests, and took a chance as there were no previous reviews. We cannot recommend the place highly enough, the attention to every detail, the comfort, the beds, the landscaping, the cleanliness, the safe and quiet area (yet central) and the kind a responsive host. We particularly enjoyed the porch, sheltered, yet with a garden view! We. Will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this villa! It was very clean, comfortable, modern, and convenient. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on! The entrance, backyard, and patio were beautifully decorated and functional. The 3rd bedroom was located by the back patio as a separate, fully furnished apartment with it's own entrance! I loved everything about my stay. Even others in my party couldn't stop raving about how nice the plane was. The owner also added complimentary amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, snacks, bottled water, and laundry detergent pods. I will definitely stay here again.
