Relax in this one of a kind location that is literally right in front of the ocean with the most breathtaking and beautiful Ocean Views! There are not many places this close to the ocean in Rosarito with Ensenada and Valle De Guadalupe nearby giving you the opportunity to have a complete experience of the entire Baja area. This condo is located a few steps from the pool and jacuzzi right in front of the ocean. Have fun with family & friends or walk down to the ocean to take a stroll seaside.

Any late check out must be previously requested and authorized and may have an extra charge.
No Glass around Pools or Jacuzzis or by Jacuzzi Tub.
Hanging Towels over the railing is Not Permitted
No Fireworks are permitted in NO Areas of the Resort
None of the Pools have Lifeguards, parental supervision is required at all times
EVERYTHING in the condo has been Inventoried. At Checkout if there is ANYTHING MISSING it will be CHARGED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT
If ANY of the above rules are broken there will be an Automatic Forfeiture of your Deposit
If ANY Additional Guests are brought with you to use the Resort and/or Stay in the Condo without previous request you will be charged at Checkout $100 per Each Additional Guest
