Internet haute vitesse inclus. a cuisinière, réfrigérateur. vue sur l'océan balcon avec table, chaises, parasol et barbecue grill.

Great experience at Las Gaviotas. Quiet neighborhood, everyone is very friendly. Beautiful ocean front property with all the amenities. I felt safe and very at home. Host was easy to communicate with, accommodating, responsive and very thorough with instructions to enter property. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful location.

We had a great week at Rick's condo. The condo was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen and appliances. Easy access to everything and just a short walk to the private beach. The amenities including pool and jacuzzi were excellent and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Better then expected; rustic motif, would stay there again. Have been coming to Gaviotas for ovet 20 years. Only negative periodic loud trafficOutside Gaviotas, but not excessive.

This property is awesome and the unit has a nice ocean view deck. You can walk down to the pool or private beach. Taco cart at the pool on the weekend was great! Highly recommended! Great surf good food! Excellent host great communication, friendly and helpful! The gated community is super safe and friendly!

The property was very nice the scenic view was beautiful. Not much to do very inconvenient had to walk with groceries and cases of waters to the house taxis were not allowed to drop us off in front of the house no visitors were allowed AT ALL under no circumstances. communication was very poor on the host behalf overall very inconvenient stay for our trip Mexico was very beautiful but will not be booking with las gaviotas again.

This place is beautiful! More than expected, clean,appreciate the personal BBQ. We love it, feels very safe, the only problem is No A.C , it was extremely Hot a lady from the H.O.A, said that they never needed air conditioning before! But she installed hers two years ago ! I feel the owner should invest on A.C . I love this place But we did suffer a lot with out A.C I can’t imagine if people have small children it would be a disaster! Other than that! I really Loved it

I arrived one day late and the place was not clean.

The manager made sure it was clean the next day though but if I would have arrived the day I supposed to the apartment was still dirty.

Beautiful Location

The condo was very clean with comfortable beds. Las Gaviotas in general is an amazing place with beautiful views of the ocean. We all loved hanging out by the swimming pool and exploring the many tide pools.

Great stay in this lovely community!

Our family of four enjoyed this property and the amenities it offered. We ate on our ocean view deck, checked out the community playground, swam in the pool, and played volleyball and surfed at the private beach. Sunsets were beautiful too! The condo was clean and we appreciated the nice toaster oven, blender, salt & pepper, dish soap, hand soap, and Kleenex. You may want to bring beach towels/chairs, a clean sponge, cooking spray/oil, foil or plastic wrap, bar soap, and shampoo/conditioner. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs as well, although the street noise didn’t bother us. Contactless check in was easy, and there was no long list of check out tasks like other places we’ve stayed. We would definitely stay again!

Immaculate property, perfect getaway!

Rene was great with communicating and getting us everything we needed for easy check in. The property was immaculate and a great location within Las Gaviotas estates, close to the gate and straight shot to the pool and beach access.

Great place to relax during a weekend. I suggest a little guide for visitors regarding restaurants around the community.
